We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

It’s a great location within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants We booked a tour to the rice fields, temple and waterfall and can highly recommend Eri as the driver if you take a tour. He was so informative and interesting to talk to and we really enjoyed his company

United StatesSapodilla Ubud is a charming boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Ubud. The place offered us a tranquil retreat with exceptional service. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to popular attractions such as the Monkey Forest and various local restaurants. Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom was huge, with a private balcony overlooking the lush gardens. The breakfast was delicious with a myriad of options. The dining areas and on-sight restaurants have great food options and the interiors are beautifully done. Finally, the staff was exceptional. They were very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that guests have a memorable stay. The hotel's peaceful ambiance, combined with its proximity to the city's main points of interest, makes it an ideal choice for travelers seeking both relaxation and exploration.

the pool is absolutely beautiful, clean and peaceful. breakfast was delicious and served to the room upon request. The room was clean and nicely updated. The staff was so great. I loved the free rides to and from the hotel as well. The hotel is central to so many really good restaurants.
