The staff were amazing- so polite and helpful. The room was spotlessly clean and the pool was lovely. It’s a great location within walking distance of lots of bars and restaurants We booked a tour to the rice fields, temple and waterfall and can highly recommend Eri as the driver if you take a tour. He was so informative and interesting to talk to and we really enjoyed his company

There were construction noises in the building next to it at the time we stayed, but staff moved us to a more quiet side of the hotel.

Unfortunately they are making a building next to the hotel and is really noisy. The options for lunch and dinner are not the best.

A really good service for the price of the room. I like the breakfast with many options that they offer. The staff is lovely.

great drive and pick up service when getting around Ubud. Very nice and attentive staff. Lovely Quiet hotel space, out of the traffic and sounds of the main road.

Very friendly and kind staff. The room was perfectly equipped. They gave us an upgraded room. Large bed, large bathroom, everything was clean. The restaurant was amazing - breakfast and dinner.

Breakfast was a la carte and after few days we were quite bored.

Very friendly staff, always ready to help. The rooms were clean, bathroom spacious. The entrance to room straight from pool area, however it was very quiet and cozy. Also outside the hotel you can find lots of eating places and massage centers.

Friendly staffs and exceptional services. We really enjoyed swimming in the pool even though it was little be smaller than other pools in many resorts. Feels like you have your own swimming pool due to no people in most times.

Sapodilla Ubud is a charming boutique hotel nestled in the heart of Ubud. The place offered us a tranquil retreat with exceptional service. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance to popular attractions such as the Monkey Forest and various local restaurants. Our room was spacious, bed was comfortable, bathroom was huge, with a private balcony overlooking the lush gardens. The breakfast was delicious with a myriad of options. The dining areas and on-sight restaurants have great food options and the interiors are beautifully done. Finally, the staff was exceptional. They were very attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that guests have a memorable stay. The hotel's peaceful ambiance, combined with its proximity to the city's main points of interest, makes it an ideal choice for travelers seeking both relaxation and exploration.

The shampoo and conditioner could have been better by a lot. There was construction sounds but they were building a brand new room above the lobby.

the pool is absolutely beautiful, clean and peaceful. breakfast was delicious and served to the room upon request. The room was clean and nicely updated. The staff was so great. I loved the free rides to and from the hotel as well. The hotel is central to so many really good restaurants.

Free shuttle transport drop off and pick up. Staff wonderful very accommodating so pleasant. Location not far from central market & palace. Will stay there again.
