Wi-Fi. WiFi was week in some areas, however the hotel staff helped us to resolve it. The price. The price was a bit higher than other hotels we reviewed, but it was worth it.

Location. The hotel is in the hearth of Ubud and there are many cafes and restaurants within 5 min walk from the hotel. In addition, the hotel offers a free shuttle to the most attractions in Ubud. Breakfast. The breakfast is not a buffet, but it is healthy and the food is sufficient. The hotel offers complimentary tea and snacks in the afternoon, which we tasted and they were delicious. Room. The room and bathroom were specious and clean. Beds. The beds were very comfortable and were protected with net( removable) for mosquitos and bugs. Pool. The water in the pool was clean and warm. The hotel staff. The entire hotel staff was kind and helpful. Rasmini and Eka went above and beyond their duties responding to our queries, assisting or arranging access to activities.

The free service to drop off and pick up in town centre is a great service. Although near road I couldn’t hear it from my room. The bed was super comfortable. Made to feel very welcome.

It would be good to provide breakfast not only for adults but also for small children.

Service in Bali is always at high level but this hotel will easily beat any other 5* hotel. They are super attentive and proactively solve any desires. I had an ankle injury, they drove me to the hospital and back at no price. They have good own Japanese restaurant with reasonable prices. Very good location and Ubud area transportation included.

Hotel staff treated us like their family member. My son was sick during his stay and the hotel staff drove us to the nearest hospital and stayed with us for two hours while we are being medically examined. Last day we were almost scammed by a local driver with unfair taxi rate and they quickly arranged their driver to pick us up from the waterfall and drive us to canggu. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely stay there again next time we visit ubud. It will be our second home in ubud.

Absolutely perfect was Sapodilla, not a thing to fault, quiet, lovely gardens, breakfast options perfect, staff just amazingly kind polite & helpful, there is nothing more that Sapodilla could offer. Room was just beautiful, all rooms looked nice and were very private, pool in lush well maintained garden. I travelled alone & felt so safe & comfortable.

We liked everything and everything was very clean, it may be nice to refresh certain things eg new towels, paint the walls, but this is super minor. We would definitely come back!

There was so much to like! The staff were wonderful, they helped us book taxis and activities and provided a lovely afternoon tea. The location was very convenient, although Ubud is noisy and crowded the property itself is very calm, everything was clean. The breakfast was fantastic. We miss it!

We LOVED EVERYTHING. If you want to have great service and be treated like an important guest and feel like you belong somewhere, then stay at Sapodilla. The staff are so helpful and friendly. The staff decorated our bed & gave a cake on my wife's birthday. How amazing and kind. Sapodilla provide everything from a mobile phone to use, to easy access contact of staff through Whatsapp to the use of facilities after you check out and afternoon tea or coffee every day with home cooked snacks and huge luxurious towels in the bathroom. My wife is a particular eater but she loved the breakfast choices at Sapodilla. The location is perfect and the hotel provide a free shuttle to most locations in Ubud. The hotel is surrounded by awesome places to eat and have a massage and buy drinks and snacks at the mini-mart located only a few minutes walk away. My wife and I have decided to make Sapodilla the hotel we stay at in Ubud from now on.

Perfect place to stays for 5 days in Ubud for us, family 2 adults and 8 years old, room is fully equipped with high standards, bed is comfortable and extra large , super clean and full amenities with good quality. Breakfast is fabulous, we added extra for floating breakfast on the pool and it was wonderful, the staffs are the main keys : Gun, Yuli , the Drivers , receptionist, and the restaurant staffs just amazing well trained and friendly and super helpful , they arrange for laundry services . Hotel provided pick up and dropped services from /to Ubud city center, otherwise Ubud center it’s accessible by walking as well, daily afternoon tea/coffe time. Daily bottles water supplies!! Our 8 years old son totally touched and will remember this trip and the your hospitality as memory. Thank you Sapodilla - we will returned again ‘n

I would say the best place in Ubud, they are right in the heart and the staff were very friendly. The place was clean, as we were leaving early in the morning, they helped us pack the breakfast which was very good. Will stay here for sure.

Nothing, it is exceptional, only room for improvement is breakfast which is a bit average.

Beautiful tranquil oasis in Ubud. Lovely large bedrooms and huge ensuite bathrooms with bath and enormous walk in shower. Aesthetically it is very beautiful and the pool and foliage so appealing. Staff are lovely and welcoming and go above and beyond for you. Hotel buggy bus is so useful and they will drop you off and pick you up in Ubud, which is a real game changer in the heat and humidity.

The room may not have been stayed in recently and had a slight musty smell, but that could be easily fixed by airing it out for longer.

Breakfast was incredible you could either have it served in the restaurant or in your room. There was a great variety of options to cater to all tastes including vegetarian/vegan options. I also had dinner from the restaurant one time and it was delicious too. The location in town was fabulous was able to walk to multiple places but it was very peaceful within the rooms.
