The toilet seat in the pool bathroom looked very old and had some black stuff underneath. The Sapodilla and American breakfast sets were okay for a day (nice presentation) but after two days I got a but tired of the taste. The lighting at the bed is too harsh to read at night. The light at the mirror in the bathroom is too dim to see your face well. One of the hotel staff booked us on a trip with a Batur sunrise hiking trip with a company which we didn’t enjoy and later found out had bad reviews. The TV is small and far from the bed so it’s hard to see. The toilet door doesn’t block any noise so the person in bed can hear everything.

Staff were incredibly friendly. The hotel is set back from the busy street so you hear much less scooter noise than other places. The pool was very relaxing. Afternoon snacks and tea were delicious. The shuttle around town was convenient. Although many places like monkey forest are walking distance, driving can be less stressful if there’s not too much traffic. The room was quite clean. Wi-Fi was good enough for video calls.

It was excellent service more than i expected they kindly said welcome home when i am back from outside, room condition is good enough, and their pick drop service is great. I doesnt need to take any car or bike inside of ubud. They always kindly serve me for this. Water Pool is not so big but it is doesnt matter to me since i use my time at all to look around of this city. I want to be here again, if i have chance.

Nothing - everything was perfect

Sapodilla staff has been friendly from the very beginning and always tried to accomodate our requests. Easy communication, prompt response. Perfect location in the centre of Ubud, but at the same time very quite. Rooms are big and very nice with a big balcony facing the pool. Breakfast was served every day in our rooms: superb. Cannot find anything that did not work. Thank you very much Sapodilla Staff! Very highly reccomended!

We had an incredible stay at Sapodilla! The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating. The service was top-notch, and their warmth made us feel right at home. They even provided a free shuttle service into the centre of Ubud and there were various options to choose for breakfast. A truly wonderful experience!

The hotel is wonderful and it is in a very good location. The rooms were very spacious and very clean, we booked the premium suite which had a bigger terrace where we would have breakfast every morning. The breakfast was excellent and there were many choices to choose from. But what I would like to highlight the most is the staff, they were absolutely superb and they made us feel at home from the minute we arrived.Thanks to Gun, Eka, Rasmini and all of the staff at Sapodilla for your help and kindness. I absolutely recommend this hotel!

No one at the reception at night and no response on WhatsApp, mosquitoes are there, they gave our room number to a driver so he enters the property without any security outside,

The place was cozy and clean, location was amazing, welcoming drink, shuttle is available all time, in day light the responses of housekeepers is really fast.

The staff were so helpful. They arranged the free shuttle for us - picking us up and dropping us off wherever and wherever. I loved my room. Getting breakfasts delivered was a real treat and the location was handy to the centre. Ubud is very busy and the crazy traffic means you have to add 40 mins to just about every drive so being able to walk when you want to was a real bonus. If we a went back to ubud, I would happily stay again. Than you for looking after us so well!

Beautiful airy rooms, lovely big bath and separate walk in shower, balcony with cushioned seating area. Pool area very peaceful too. Lovely touch of having afternoon cake and coffee included without being aware and option to have excellent breakfast in room balcony everyday.

Outstanding hotel, so comfortable and filled with little touches that made our stay so special. Located centrally, the pool area was so quiet nonetheless. Whole hotel and pool area were kept spotless, loved the snacks offered to guests in the afternoon. The staff were just incredible, they couldn’t do enough to make our stay more enjoyable. Nothing was too much to ask and they were so accommodating; they had a scooter which I rented for a day and provided me with a yoga mat for my room. Can’t recommend this hotel enough!

Shower pressure was really low. Breakfast was fair but not spectacular. Scooter boy seemed annoyed to have to give me a ride down to Yoga Barn and didn't have a spare helmet for me when requested. Bed was a bit hard

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Nice pool area. Quiet rooms away from the noise of the main road. Short walk to Monkey Forest. Lots of places to eat close by
