Small things need fixing like toilet seat… Tiles grout needed cleaning …. All hinges seem to need replacing but dont let any of that stop you staff always very good and for us a great location

Pool very very slippery around outside of it walking to get in we both feel over but 10 out to 10 to staff next day out there cleaning it up so thanks for that… Staff very very good….

Pool was very crowded with big children dive bombing made it unpleasant to swim on occasion. There is a sign not accepting 'horse play, which needs to be defined more. Breakfast options were limited, however being included, what was provided was fair and nice food. The tea and coffee pots were barely warm most days when we were there, staff didn't seem to attend to the issue.

Great location. Room was lovely. Staff were helpful in carrying our bags up to our first floor room. Airport transfer by hotel was great and so convenient for us. Pool bar was a big hit.

We didn’t like too many signs what we can not do in the resort.

It was close to everything so we didn’t need no extra transportation. Literally in the middle of shopping street. Would stay there again if in kuta.

Breakfast was very basic. Bed was nice and comfy. Bathroom needs an overhaul. Safes need upgrading, very unreliable.

Location was very good. Walking distance to Kuta beach and an excellent local mall. Two great swimming pools, with one being partly shaded which was great.

The decor is really intricate and so difficult to fully clean. Also the doors didn’t fully seal so we got a few bites in the night!

It is a real haven amid the bustle of Kuta. The pool is lovely and the rooms have a lovely traditional feel. Breakfast was tasty and the staff very helpful

Rooms could do with some maintenance for example: toilet was leaking onto floor everytime you flush which causes mold issues. Bathroom fan didn't work. Mattress could do with an update, with 2 hollow spots.

It was raining a lot during our stay and the rain kept coming into our room through the balcony door.

The hotel is close to the beach, stores and restaurants. The room was nice and bed and pillows comfortable. There is an egg station at breakfast. The pool area looks really nice.

The breakfast is very late, start at 7:30am. The toilet light very dim. I booked for 3 pax but there is only 2 cups and 2 glasses only. Tea bags and coffee also only for 2. Everything in the room only for 2 except the bed and towel.

Pool is deep, spacious, and central. The pool bar was always manned if adults were swimming. The staff are kind, accommodating, and are always working hard. Breakfast is good enough with fresh fruit and several options available.
