This place is INCREDIBLE. My villa was so beautiful and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly. I loved my private pool - this was one of the nicest place I’ve ever stayed. It’s outside Ubud town but it’s so relaxing so that’s sort of nice. You can order lunch and dinner by Grab, so it’s not an issue that there’s no restaurant on site. Highly highly recommend this place. It’s great value for the price and it exceeded my expectations (which were high to begin with!).

Beautiful, peaceful villa 30 mins walk away from the centre of town. Several little restaurants around, beautiful rice paddy’s. Incredible staff, made our stay so easy and relaxing.

Breakfast could be a bit more varied - especially the juice selection. But it was good, so no biggie

Loved the pool. The room was comfortable, the open bathroom was cool. The staff was helpful, everybody was really nice. Location is great - quiet, but within a quick ride or a longer walk to Ubud centre. Loved the small koi pond in the garden :D Komang is a great driver, felt safe with him driving me all around.

Sawah Villas is the perfect place to stay in Ubud. I really liked the design, which is cheerful and cosy and the outdoor bathroom is just wow. The pool and the yard with all the flowers and plants is purely paradise. I could stay there and relax all day long. The staff were so nice and professional. We enjoyed the breakfast on the terrace! I recommend the watermelon juice! Also, the place was spotless. Our stay there was amazing!

We have been guests here for the secons time and everything is more then perfect! Location, cleaness, breakfast, extreme kindness describes the whole staff. I had Bali Belly from a warung and the staff was so kind they made lemon ginger tea and keep asking every day if I am feeling better. We love being here every single time!🥳👌🏻

Perfect accommodation just outside the hustle and bustle of Ubud main centre. The villa was super clean, quiet and peaceful. The staff were on hand 24/7 for anything we need yet we didn’t feel like they were around or disturbing us. The pool was fabulous and the outdoor shower and bath was amazing. Aircon and WiFi was also great. The breakfast was ordered via WhatsApp each day then delivered to our villa the next morning Absolutely recommend Sawah Villas!!

The property managers leaves the place at 4:00 pm & since the location is a bit away from the main road , there were security concerns Beaware of animals hopping in from the adjacent rice fields

Had a wonderful stay at Sawah Villas. Villa has a very comfortable and modern feel. It is located 15-20 minutes from central Ubud by car and is within walking distance of two cafes down the road as well as a few shops and restaurants. You can easily Grab or Gojek from this location to wherever you need to go. The breakfast served by the pool daily was a highlight for us. Every dish was delicious, especially the banana pancakes! The staff were very friendly and helpful to us during our stay. They offered us recommendations on activities and even surprised us with a beautiful petal arrangement when they found out we were in Bali for our honeymoon. Highly recommend Sawah Villas, and we hope to come back some day soon.

The portion of breakfast could have been a bit bigger, but for a small fee they could provide us with extra amount. We loved the pancakes, and highly recommend for others to try!

We loved the atmosphere, the vibes and how this accommodation is set up. The bathroom is separated from the house giving an extraordinary experience. We also loved the small swimming pool in the garden. Excellent location for honeymoon!

There is nothing not to like!

Wow! An absolutely stunning villa overlooking the rice fields! We loved every second of our stay at Sawah Villas. The villas are easily the best accommodation we have ever stayed in. Nano and his team go above and beyond to ensure your stay is perfect. Breakfast is delicious. We treated ourselves to a floating breakfast one morning and it was fabulous. Location is perfect. Lovely and quiet spot away from all the hustle and bustle, but only 10/15 minute taxi to Ubud.

It’s little bit inside the main road. So be careful when booking a grab service. 1st floor shower was a open shower so you may have a guest - we had caterpillars on the shower floor - but what can you do you are surrounded by the nature in ubud.

Nano our butler was extremely professional. Rooms were cleaned daily with beautiful breakfast of your choice. It was always good to be back from day tours to a clean swimming pool and a clean cold rooms.

The Staff, Nano goes beyond expectations. The villa welcomes you with a fresh air, surrounded by trees, water, and a relaxing atmosphere. It is a peaceful place, it recharges you. Breakfast is cooked in your kitchen, and being this the first time I experience such in a holiday, it feels amazing. You can really feel the freshness of the ingredients and food, they staff really cares about making you feel pleasant. We have a toddler, and he was really enjoying watching and feeding the fish next to the living room, the place is a dream. Highly recommend it for few days in Ubud.

Honestly, can't think of anything.

We stayed in Sawah House, the 2 bedroom villa. It was located down a short driveway in a quiet location, overlooking rice fields. It is beautifully decorated, clean and well presented. Nano the host, met us and explained everything in detail. He was contactable via whatsapp if we had any queries and they were very responsive. They took our breakfast order and then the next morning arrived to cook it for us in the kitchen. Breakfast was delicious! It was amazing not having to go somewhere and someone else cook for us. My husband walked down the road outside the villa and got us a coffee from a little coffee shop - honestly the best coffee we had in Bali. They had a water filter in the kitchen so no need to bring bottles of water. Nano recommended Sawah Indo Resto just down the road for dinner which was delicious and cheap. It was a great place to stay and we hope to return one day.
