The location is great, only a few minutes to the beach where you can see beautiful sunsets. The food was delicious. The rooms are really big and clean. The pool is great. The staff is really friendly and helpful. They offer lots of activitys, like public snorkeling, renting bikes and boats to other islands. Everything was really great.

The room was really spacious, especially the bathroom with a big mirror and warm water. The staff were very friendly and helpful and they had 3 cute kittens. Internet was great.

A bit far from the city cente, but very close to the sunset beach. We liked but it can be annoying to bike all the island if you want to eat in the best restaurants whiach are located in the city center. The staff were a bit unprepared to answering questions. They do not refill the toilet paper, didnt give us towels for face, or pool. We needed always to request something.

The downstairs room had a smelly bathroom. If your fellow residents are party people that stay out late, you might wake up when they come home since the walls are not soundproof.

We stayed in two different rooms over a 2 day stay - the upstairs room was very clean. The whole place is very new with modern facilities and nice design. Closely located to the sunset Beach where the clubs stops playing early at night.

We would of liked a few more options for breakfast and the bikes they provide were needing some repairs.

We enjoyed our stay at Seashell resort very much. It was quiet and it was really lovely relaxing and swimming in the pool area.

On my last day they ran out of water - no fault of the hotel/staff as they’re on a remote island. But maybe have a spare “washing” bottle 😂

Best side of the island to be on, especially for sunset! It’s a little quieter than the main strip so you can rest easy. There is a lot of development going on, so I’m sure new cafes/bars will be opening up. Sea Shell provided me with a bike and laundry service express. They also had a refillable water option at the front desk so you could save on buying/landfill. Mid-week I asked if they could clean the room and they acted ASAP, which was really nice! Everyone is so lovely and helpful, I’d defo come back.

There were some problems with water one day, but hope, that it's only one time issue, because I stay at seashell already third time 🙂 two previous stays were without problems

The rooms are clean, the same, as in the pictures, spacious enough. The pool area is really beautiful! The breakfasts are okay, but a little bit small portions. I like the location - it's the sunset side, always beautiful in the evenings and not crowded on the streets. You can rent a bike at the hotel, if needed.

AC worked but wasn’t the coldest. Key to unlock the door had to be inserted in key holder inside the room for power to work which made charging electronics while away not possible and the room was not cold when returning from being hot outside. The breakfast was just ok. It a committed bike ride to the east side where diving and snorkel trips go out from.

Clean spacious room with a nice pool. A good mix of sun and shade made for options when sitting by the pool. Staff were always available for questions or help. Great shower pressure and warm water. Good location for sunset.

Staff seemed a bit insecure about basic questions, but were still very helpful. Not enough bikes, so had to rent across the island

Only downside is there is a gap at the top of the bathroom meaning you can hear into next doors bathroom. Didn’t course any problem however.

Perfect stay at the sea shell resort. The hotel room is lovely, always feels clean and a great size. The swimming pool was always empty so it felt like it was a private pool. The staff were so helpful especially the lady on the front desk. Added bonus they let us ride the bikes to the port to avoid using the horse and cart. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast.

Staff were friendly. Rooms were a good size. Wifi was pretty good most of the time (occassionally patchy but to be expected for Gili T). They let us ride our hired bikes to the Port on departure and they came and picked them up later, which was awesome. Really liked the location.
