Our go to in the Kuta/Legian area. Staff are exceptional, rooms and ensuites are always clean and smell lovely and the wall to wall wood in the rooms is a great touch. The restaurant downstairs has a great menu and they offer discount at both the restaurant and massage spa across the road for guests.

Modern room with a concept and character. Some bamboos are used in the bathroom which I found charming. Room is clean and well-maintained. Great location for both going to the beach and heading out for the Kuta nightlife.

Wr booked a room with breakfast I remember it very clearly but when i arrive they said they have no rooms with breakfast but I clearly remember i booked with breakfast.

There is no elevator in the hotel so it is alot of stairs if you are on the upper floors. I was staying on the fourth floor so got my exercise over the day. Just good to know if someone has mobility issues

The staff were exceptional. My room was upgraded when I arrived. Was pleasantly surprised to see my large suite with the largest bathroom i have ever stayed in. Room was so nice I didn't want to leave which is not the norm. It is pretty centrally located in Kuta, so close to tons of small shops, warungs and massages. It's about a ten minute walk to the beach. It was the staff that really stood out for me, they were very attentive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again on future travels to Kuta

Kuta isn't exactly a quiet place, so expect some noise in the room from the street below. Smoking is permitted in parts of the restaurant and on the room balconies, which is uncomfortable if you're a non-smoker. Balconies aren't very private.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Nicely decorated, clean rooms. Central location. Tasty, well-priced food in the restaurant downstairs. Free drinking water. Overall, very good value for the money you pay.

The room was pretty basic, but everything worked perfectly. Hot water pressure was really nice. The staff were very helpful and always full of smiles. Location is just great, near good restaurants. The in-house restaurant is a great value & all the menu has always been delicious. We got Sydney room, which is in the corner & we got extra balcony which was nice.

what we just dont like when some time was raining, there are so many insects crawling in the floor in our room from the small open space of the door. Probably because of the heavy rain.

what we like in this hotel is close to everything we need, restaurants, shops , also just 5min to walk to beach mall & the hotel itself has own massage & spa which give a discount for the costumers of hotel. Staff are always smiling.

It can get loud in the night since it's located where it is. But that is nothing they can affect and it's everywhere the same. And there is no closet where you could store your clothes, since the room is quite small. There is one in the bathroom though, kinda. But that didn't bother me personally. Just to mention.

It's a really nice place, well located, walking distance to the beach. There is a restaurant with nice food and you get a 10% discount, as well as in the spa right across the street. Breakfast was tasty. Rooms are quite small, but the beds are comfy and the bathroom is good. A modern flat screen TV if you wanna stream Netflix, Amazon Prime, YouTube etc. In front of the room you have a small sitting area with privacy. The staff is nice and welcoming. Would stay again.
