Management were not present at property,which led to a lack in communication and we had to check out earlier than planned. Rooms were not serviced during our stay. No water provided as stated. Otherwise all good 👍🏼

The only negative that there are lots of day trippers who use the pool and communal area making it very loud and impossible to find seats. They come as the location is the best but it would be nice if the pool area was for hotel guests only.

Only small negative I would say would be a shower screen would be ideal in wet room to separate toilet from shower as toilet does get wet when shower is used along with toilet paper if not removed.

Bearing in mind this was only a 3* resort. The value per night for bed and breakfast was excellent. Location was out standing, perched on a small cliff overlooking the beach and surf breakers below. Access to beach was by some steps. beautiful beach when tide is out with lots of areas to explore, when tide is in sandy part of beach is virtually inaccessible. Resort properties were ideal for us, had the basics, bed very comfortable, room cosy with a/c. Infinity pool overlooking the sea was amazing, the resort has two pools. Staff very friendly, chatty and helpful. Mr Giantpatu is a truly remarkable gentleman, very helpful nothing too much effort, he'd bend over backwards to help out in any way. Moped hire from the resort very competitive. Famous Blue Lagoon only a few mins walk away from resort. Food and beverage prices very reasonable. You certainly get a lot of value for your money here. Lovely sunsets here also, however, you will need to go onto the beach to see them. When tide is right lovely to watch the surfers. Bar area has great views across the bay. Ceningan island has a lot to offer. I would not think twice about staying here again.

A magical piece of paradise, a perfect little beach for swimming or lazing under a coral overhang, watching your family surf, or enjoying the pool area with a view of the waves. Very helpful and attentive staff and delicious mie goreng. We would love to come back one day.

Bungalows have many steps to the bathroom so need to be careful. No fridge or kettle, but drinks are available from restaurant anytime. No mirrors upstairs,only in bathroom.

It’s nice having two lovely pools for options. Love the beachfront location. Staff are friendly and restaurant is always open and have pool side service. Prices are reasonable. Free shuttle to yellow bridge. Quiet and peaceful. Great surf and swimming combined.

Absolutely magnificent place to stay 👌 We came with a large group for a wedding but all stayed at different places and it was by far the best location, rustic accommodation but very comfortable. The staff were so accommodating and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. The food was great and so cheap the breakfast basic but what more could you ask for with such a cheap rate and breakfast included. Huge thanks to Giant Putu, Danny and staff for making our stay so memorable we are already planning our next trip back.

The staff are fantastic, not overbearing just very helpful and friendly. The location speaks for itself, the best on the island. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean in our hut. Just a fantastic experience.

It wasn't a big issue for us. However, only supplied with one set of towels to be used between the pool and bathroom. We had a small fridge that they were testing with a view to placing one in all rooms. No TV, which we did not miss

The hotel had 2 pools, and the huts were comfortable. The views were great.

What's not to like!

Fantastic location, peaceful surroundings, first class views. Simple, clean accommodation with great facilities. Putu and his crew are more than happy to look after any request. If you are looking for a laidback spot then this is it.
