Loved the smallness of this boutique hotel.. there was plenty of gardens and space so you really don’t see other guests much.. the pool was lovely especially after a morning out n about. The location is fantastic.. in a culdesac 5 minutes to beach one way and Main Street the other though never heard any traffic or noise. The only thing I thought was the bathrooms were a little dark and dirty.. a good scrub is what’s needed!! Would definately stay again Staff are fabulous and brekkie enjoyable each day by the pool and gardens Wifi was dippy.

Location fabulous. Hotel is half way between the Main Street and the beach. Breakfast was good but there are plenty of food options close by. Huge pool. Lovely grounds. Quiet location. Great staff. Would recommend for a short stay.

The bathroom has an unfortunate smell I think it’s just the plumbing though. The place smells beautiful and is cleaned well and throughout the day it starts to come up out of the bathroom leading us to have to shut the doors.

The bathroom is a bit nuts, can’t shower without flooding the room and updates needed but my kids loved having a bath tub. They also need to update their listing, breakfast is not a buffet and they don’t have laundry facilities. Not deal breakers.

Great location near the beach and the pool is huge. Great aircon and huge bed. We had room 22 which was right on the pool/restaurant area which is perfect when travelling alone with kids!

The hotel is really run down in some parts. There are literal holes in the roof on the balconies. The rooms are in a fairly poor state - some repairs needed, and some more thorough cleaning. Decoration also seemed a bit sparse. The bathrooms were a bit grotty, and the bath/shower didn't have a curtain of any kind so water got everywhere. We had to change rooms because the roof in our first room was leaking. Towels and sheets had stains and marks on them - they appeared to be clean but looked tired and old. The price we paid was too high for what we got - this was due to the season, we checked and a few weeks later the price was half as much for the same room, which was understandable in a way but slightly disappointing. It feels like management just needs to spend a little bit of money to bring the hotel back to the standard it should be at.

Staff were amazing, really friendly and helpful. The pool is really good, nice temperature and big. Breakfast each day was good - selection of eggs, pancakes, croissants, etc. Location is excellent - about a 3 min walk to the beach and the lovely restaurants there, and the same distance from the main road which has even more restaurants, and shops, etc. But also just far enough away to be quiet, with a beautiful semi-private road leading to the hotel. Garden is nice.

I like that place.

The location is wonderful, situated in a quiet and excellent position. However, the only downside is the breakfast. Considering the quality of the resort, we expected a more refined and varied selection

Pool’s large but the way the sunbeams are lined up, there’s no shade until later in the afternoon (October and November). Stains on towels in morning re than one occasion. Did got replaced but should’ve been clean in the first place. We stayed in one of the upstairs rooms, large with plenty of space, but the aircon struggled a bit and was little bit too noisy for comfortable sleeping. All of the above was not a deal breaker but there was construction and renovation going within the complex and very close to us. The place is a little on the tired side and I’m very pleased to see that effort is invested in bringing it to the next level. I suppose that it was the right time for it, being offseason, but wasn’t pleasant to listen to when by the pool or only 4-5 meters away. Hopefully will be over on a week or three. I’m sure that at our next visit, there will be nothing to write in this box.

Location is perfect. Really close to the beach and the choice of restaurants is huge. Big variety of rooms, as in size and position. The pool is also pretty large. Breakfast is good, in fact better than expected. You can have your breakfast inside the breakfast area or outside by the pool. Great staff at reception and also very helpful. I’m really looking forward to visit again in the future.

The cleaning of floors gets me every time. Seems dirty on arrival. But everything else is nice and clean.

The location is the best! Close to the beach and the main road. Down a small side road so no street noise. Staff always helpful and accommodating. Stayed here many times. They got many different size rooms and even their smallest can easily accommodate my husband, son and I.
