We moved rooms as ours had very noisy aircon and some damp mould on walls. However this sounds worse than it was and staff were very helpful.

Could be a little more choice for breakfast, a lot of egg dishes....for anyone who does not like eggs it would be disappointing.

The close proximity to everything, friendly staff,nice quiet location, excellent room and wonderful pool area.would definitely recommend this place to anyone,we will be going back...thanks segara agung for a great vacation.

Can’t fault it.

This is a great hotel in a really good location. It’s very quiet at night but close to Sanur beach. Good freshly cooked breakfast. Very helpful staff. The pool and the setting was lovely. Very relaxing.

Rooms were not properly cleaned before we arrived, even though we had a reservation booked long in advance (eg. bathroom was wiped, but all the filth was swiped behind the door). After requesting an additional cleaning, the bathroom was cleaned again - so it is not about them not knowing how to do it, rather then not caring so much, unless the customer brings that up. As the bathrooms are closed (unlike most of the places in Bali), they are full of black mold. I know it will not kill me, but it is not the most pleasant thing to look at. Pool is not clean enough to swim

Rooms were spacious and beds are amazing. Beautiful exterior of the hotel Close to the beach and city center in Sanur. Breakfast is good, even though a bit confused service during breakfast, but I think it may be the communication issue. Main receptionist is REALLY nice and helpful. Hotel is really responsive to requests and inquiries.

Breakfast is ok not super excellent it could be improve or better options and cleanliness of the bathroom and Bathroom needs renovating and its not super clean.

I love the how friendly the staff was and very considerate upon my arrival since I came in at 2:00 AM. They would like me to rest first before settling any bills or charges for the room.

The bathrooms are old and the shower is in a bath that has a high step to get into. Linen was clean but old and stained, pillows need to be replaced.

Although we booked a twin room we got a double. It was a great bed, but it took for a while to get the extra bedding. The bathroom was the weakest point of the room.

The hotel has a lovely athmosphere. The garden and the pool are lovely. A peacful retreat. Ideal for our first two days in Bali. The Indonesian breakfast was very nice

Difficult for me to use shower as it is elevated in the bath. This is only because i have had 2 x THR (hip replacements) so a bit steep to get into and out of.

1st time staying here and it won't be the last. The beds are very large AND comfy, the AC and fridge quiet, the pool and sun lounges good and delightful and helpful staff. It was simple to get around and very close to beach and shops.

If I had no be super picky the bed was a little hard but honestly there really wasn’t anything negative about our stay! :)

What an amazing place! This hotel is located in an amazing location right near the beach, but tucked away enough that it isn’t to noisy. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Bali. The pool was perfect and the rooms were very large. I have read other reviews re the bathrooms being sub par. We didn’t have an issue there is a shower over bath, which may not work for everyone. They’re definitely not the most fancy bathrooms, however they are still usable. We will definitely be back to hotel segara agung!
