I experienced random slowdowns and dropouts of Internet connectivity, perhaps due to overload, but the Wi-Fi signal was strong throughout the resort area and it did work well most of the time.

The resort grounds are immaculate and the gardens are lovely. The resort's structures are attractive with a natural aesthetic that blends perfectly with the setting and the layout is well designed. It's very quiet, with a nearly complete absence of noise from motorcycles and mosques, and no disturbing sounds whatsoever. The room's air conditioner is also whisper quiet. It's a real treat to hear only the sounds of nature. The food at the restaurant is very good and the food is reasonably priced. The resort is really well managed and the staff are very friendly, helpful and competent. They rent scooters with helmets directly from the resort which is very convenient. The room is very well designed and the al fresco bathroom especially beautiful.

It was perfect for some quiet days where you are so close to the ocean and also have this beautiful place with restaurant, pool, chill vibe and very nice bungalows. We enjoyed our stay, and would highly recommend it!

I have nothing that I didn't like. The only thing was that a gecko pooped on our bed. But they can't really do anything about this. Also consider it is quite far from Koeta. But is is a really nice place to lounge and learn to surf.

Best resort I have ever stayed in. It is calm with only 10 rooms. Perfect combo of beach and swimming pool. It is well organized. Almost unreal. Normally in Asia the pictures are better than in real life. Here it is the opposite.

We loved everything about Segara , awesome hug style rooms with beautiful bathrooms. Great little restaurant with fantastic food. Perfect beach - the best staff

Its a bit far away from anything else for example restaurant options are limited and its difficult when you have to drive back in the dark after dinner. The only problem with the rooms is that sometimes the geckos get inside through the roof and we found some poop on our bed 2 times.

Not a bad word to say, loved it.

This stay was a dream! The staff are so lovely and attentive, and looked after me so well. The property is stunning with great views. The resort is secluded away from the busyness of Kuta, which is ideal for those looking for downtime. The beach is basically private, clean and lots has of surf spots!

There was nothing that we did not like. But one suggestion - we were two families with 6 kids. They loved it. But the addition of a pool table or a ping pong table would have rounded it off for them.

Fantastic staff, beautiful location, lovely grounds and property. Manage to get the vibe just right - chilled but with life, smart and special but not at all pretentious - largely due to the great staff, the small set up (just 12 bungalows), the great restaurant bar area and pool.

Everything was perfect!

Beautiful beach resort with perfectly manicured gardens, pool and restaurant. There are many different, cosy opportunities to relax by the pool and on the beach. The food is excellent, the staff very attentive and helpful in every way. The bungalows are a dream; very well maintained, beautifully furnished and stylish with open-plan bathrooms. The location is also great; you can explore the various beaches in the south-west and you can be in Kuta in 45 minutes (which we didn't really like though). And a huge plus: you finally don't hear any mosques because the hotel is in a quiet neighbourhood! We felt very comfortable and would have loved to stay longer. Really everything TOP!!! PS: best Pina Colada ever ;-) Thank you so much for everything, dear Segara team!!!

Everything was perfect

The best hotel where we stayed in our whole trip. It’s a hidden gem close to Selong Belanak. The hotel is very quiet but you can reach the most beautiful beaches by car or motorcycle. We took a trip to the secret Gili Islands as well, so we could discover the southeastern part of the island, which is a pure pearl. The restaurant of the hotel is just excellent, amazing food with very nice staff. We enjoyed very much our stay and we would like to thank the staff their kindness and to prepare a special dinner for us.

My wife and I have been traveling for 30 years and this is hands down the best resort we’ve visited. The staff were amazing, attentive, friendly and genuinely caring. The infrastructure and location wonderful. Can’t recommend this place enough, a week of heaven.

The bathroom is kind of weird (look at the pictures). It's indoors but it's outdoors. It's hard to explain. It was private, but we didn't really like it. We also would have preferred dining to nothing more than the sound of the nearby waves rather than the standard classic pop music playing in the restaurant.

We loved the location - remote, quiet, right on the beach. The staff were friendly and professional. The premises were clean and atmospheric. The food in the restaurant was delicious - above average western fare with a couple local options.

Breakfast was excellent in fact all meals were really good. Staff very friendly and helpful, we did a couple of day trips, snorkelling was super fun. A very peaceful property.

Felt a little isolated at first, but we made great use of the freeshuttle service to Selong Belanak
