We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

RussiaQuite shabby house, dirty walls, a lot of dead flies and other insects in the room. Impossible to fully open the curtains on windows. Shower in front of the toilet, so after using the shower, you will walk on the wet floor. The road just behind the wall is pretty noisy, so it will be uncomfortable without earplugs.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm smiles and genuine enthusiasm. The host, Mr Edi Junaedi, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests, providing valuable insights into the local culture and arranging everything from tours to transportation. It felt like staying with a dear friend who genuinely cared about our experience. Also they provided with delicius home cooked breakfast and tour package to Mount Batur to watch the sunrise
