Unfortunately we got the room right next to the swimming pool, and the windows in one of the rooms faces the swimming pool directly. So privacy was a bit of an issue, and we could hear people walking about outside. The rooms were clean but not very well maintained. We has some issues with the kitchen tap, and the toilets didn't flush well.

location was great as it was above a shopping mall and located right next to another one. Near many well known restaurants as well. The staff were very lovely, we got a upgrade to a bigger two room apartment too.

The employees are very friendly. Especially receptionist Sudi. She is very polite and very helpful. The location of the hotel is very good. You can get to the beach quickly. From the rooms on the 3rd floor facing the front side you can watch the sunset. The live music from the restaurant under the hotel gives a very nice holiday feeling.

The hotel is in an excellent location in Seminyak. It is close to the beach and close to a lot of restaurants. The staff are friendly and helpful. Breakfast is worth trying, especially the la carte menu. The rooms are large and spacious and clean. The price is also very competitive.

Kitchen could use more cooking utensils, considering that the kitchen is one of the important selling points of this hotel (at least for me, it was one of the two the deciding factors, the other one was the location). We didn't have a knife to cut vegetables with. A kitchen knife, a non sticking pan, and perhaps a toaster and a dish brush or a sponge to wash the dishes would be super appreciated.

Everything. The location was convenient: in the middle of everything. You can get anything you need. You can count on the hotel for the things you need by just dialling the phone, you can also get varieties from the shops downstairs (restaurants, cafes, Bali Bakery, a Periplus book shop, a wine store, clothing stores, a spa, and a mini market) and the mall next door (Seminyak Village). And plenty more options across the street, as this is in in the heart of Seminyak. Our room was very clean, spacious, bright, with good lighting and good quality furniture. Bathroom was clean. Junior Suite had a king size bed that could fit three small size adults or two big adults and a sofa bed that was big enough for medium size adults and still have plenty of space to move around. Tips: if you need to use the sofa bed, do ask hotel staff to set up the sofa bed, they make it nice and add additional pillows. The staff were nice, helpful, and friendly, and we felt as if we've had known them forever. They were laid back and could laugh with you, but were still respectful, just like your friends. If you stay for more than two nights, the people at the shops downstairs are going to feel like your neighbours. I even gave a hug to a lady who was selling clothes downstairs on our last day. I requested city view when booked it, and we did get a city view, so I truly appreciated it. The location of the kitchen on the balcony was perfect. You can cook and enjoy your lunch at the balcony, looking over Seminyak Square, watching people and their activities, and enjoy the entertainment downstairs. Eating utensils are adequate, but cooking utensils could be improved. My family and I enjoyed the stay, we felt like we were staying in a neighbourhood, surrounded by neighbours. At the end of the day, we left the island with happy memories and we know where to go back next time we stay in Seminyak again. Bonus: Sate Bik Ngah pork satay from the restaurant is very delicious.

Breakfast variety was limited but staples such as toasts were available. Quite a number of moquitoes but understandable as I booked a villa and staff always helped to light mosquito coils and room had powered electric mosquito repellent Villa location had to walk further into the hotel lobby which was not that convenient for grab/gojek/food to come in Bedroom and masterbed room doors are old fashioned 2 handle doors with no locks. Main door uses a physical key lock which I need to ensure I always have the physical key with me

Staff were friendly with good customer service, one of the night a cat went into the villa that I was staying and dirtied the sofa. The staff helped to remove the sofa part to wash and put back the next day. As an apology, they gave me a complimentary taxi ride from villa to airport so that was really good customer service. Pool was not big but decent enough. Villa came with a jaccuzi bathtub which was good.
