I liked everything about it, specially the staff, they were very nice, clean, easy on the eyes, dress coded, smily faces and very helpful and hospitable.

The bathroom door was a sliding door that got stuck and took me 10 minutes to get it free again. The chaulking in the bathroom shower needs to be redone, it is old discolored and cracked. Walk from lobby to room was not well lit at night.

Short 10 minute walk walk to Patong Street Beach and 7 minute walk to Bangla Road. It is on a side street, so it is quieter than other hotels in the area. The pool area was very nice. The hotel seemed like it was the safest one near Bangla road. The hotel had a very relaxing vibe which was a nice escape from the busy and bustling streets near Bangla road. Safety deposit box in room. Nice balcony with great view of green Courtyard amd pool area. Plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. Hotel staff was nice. They provide free bottled water in the room.

The shower has a curtain and not a wall. However, it is how it is designed.

The staff, they were extremely helpful looking after us. The facilities are good, the pool was nice and the food in the restaurant was wonderful.

The toilet has a glass door that is completely see through. If you’re traveling with others, they will see you on the toilet. The shower is also all glass but there is a curtain that you can pull across. Also the walls in the room are very thin. You can hear others in their rooms next door.

My stay here was pleasant. The room was ok. Breakfast was good. Staff members were nice. It’s about a 10-15 min walk to the very hectic Ubud center.

Rooms are of adequate for a couple. But with a kid could be a struggle.

Location is amazing , right in the heart of Ubud. The rooms were a bit small for me (I had a small kid with me). But it was neat . For hospitality , I don’t think you can praise enough be it this property or anywhere in Bali. The people are just fantastic. Brekky was very good too.

I think it's not the cheapest accommodation, but I feel it's pretty value for money.

Do not expect it to be new and swanky, but it is totally comfortable! Everything works perfectly - WiFi, water pressure, heater, air conditioner etc. There is drinking water dispenser on every corridor, and this is important. It is also a few steps away from the main Jalan Raya road, where you can find shops, convenient stores and restaurants easily. We loved it.
