There are no windows or doors, so everything is open. You are responsible for any forest creatures that fly in or crawl towards you. Energy of nature and climate there are quite particular. The open concept doesn't suit me.

Excellent assistance, cosy bed. Not many mosquitoes. Amazing five-star vista with monkeys, birds, and butterflies all around, and great orange juice for breakfast. The villa is about a 5-minute drive from a good Italian restaurant. Just to take in the stunning view, you may spend a day at this villa. It is among Bali's greatest views.

This property is absolutely stunning. If you’re a nature lover and appreciate having a bit more privacy this is the perfect spot in Sideman area to have a getaway. I honestly wished I stayed longer. You won’t regret staying here!

The place is semi-open, which is great, but at the same time we didn't feel 100% safe. But in the end there were no issues at all.

The view was exceptional, it is in the middle of nowhere, so great to enjoy nature. The staff were extremely nice, explained to us clearly the instructions. The breakfast food was better than we expected.

Absolutely stunning, perched on the edge of the most stunning valley. We received the warmest of welcomes, nothing was too much trouble, we were so well looked after by Enny and her wonderful staff. They organised excursions, transport and were available at all times. Breakfast was delicious, delivered to our door. Incredible experience

This is the most iconic, idyllic, romantic and beautiful staying that you can find in Bali! We loved the breathtaking view!! We cannot thank you enough Mr. Wayan, Enny and of course the darling Dewi and her wonderful children! Special thanks to the amazing people of Warung D'Umbung for the amazing food!! This place was something out of a dream. on the cliff side of the jungle looking over the valley of sideman it was out of this world. You really are at one with nature here and the sounds! The flower bath pool was out of this world, the couples massage we had at the villa was the one of best massage i had in Bali in 6 weeks. The whole thing was spectacular, the staff were so friendly and the food delivery was 10/10.

One of the most magnificent places I have stayed! If you’re looking to reconnect with nature, this is absolutely the place for you. Being able to lie in bed, the breeze floating in overlooking the valley was heaven. I will be back.

Nothing! Just bear in mind about the closeness to nature!

We absolutely loved our stay here! We couldn't believe how beautiful it was when we saw it for the first time! It really feels like paradise! My partner was quite ill when we arrived at Shigar Livin and the hosts were so kind to us, they even made him some ginger tea! The views are really so special, it is private and beautiful and we didn't want to leave. The private tub was brilliant when it got too hot outside! And the food options were great and delivered straight to our villa. Just a note - this villa very much has a camping feel to it, you can put the blinds down but it is still outside, this means that there will be bugs and small animals around and the bed feels slightly damp by morning. It also gets a little cold in the evening, so make sure to bring long sleeve jumper and comfy trousers. This is not a negative, as we enjoy camping and being close to nature, but maybe bear this in mind if nature isn't for you. There really is no comparison though to the stunning view when you wake up in the morning! We think its definitely worth it! In fact, we found this place so special that we ended up getting engaged here! 💍

When I booked this place, I knew from the pictures it was going to be beautiful. But omg it absolutely blew us away when we arrived. The view is unreal and the villa is like a work of art. Probably the coolest place I've ever stayed.. There were hardly any bugs for being in the middle of nature, the wifi is super fast, the shower has hot water, there are two nearby warungs that will deliver food to your villa, the plunge pool has clean comfortably heated water, and the bed is amazingly comfortable. You're a bit away from the restaurants, etc. of Sidemen, but we loved the seclusion. I could go on and on, but just stay here---you won't regret it!

We loved everything about this place!

This is simply paradise! A stunning place in a stunning location with the most incredible views. Off the beaten track, peaceful and perfect! If you need to switch off and unwind, come here! And Enny and her team were just wonderful - so kind and accommodating - always there to help, answer questions, bring us gorgeous food! Can’t recommend this place enough.
