The hostel hit all of the marks. It was very clean, nice facilities, and the staff were excellent. They helped us book our Ijen Volcano tour, and were friendly and helpful with everything. I even left my sneakers behind and they mailed them to my next hotel in Bali. Customer service above and beyond. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area!

We had a lovely stay at snooze! The staff is really kind and helpful, they helped us with a trip to Ijen and to book train tickets to our next destination. The hostel itself is also nice, good room with comfortable bed and nice kitchen and common area to use :)

We can’t give this property 10 out of 10, because someone opened our bottle of Coca-Cola from the common fridge and drank from it, even though there was a sticker on top of the bottle with our name! Staff did nothing to help us to find out what happened, so we had a bad aftertaste.

We found a dead roach on our floor one morning, but this is a relatively common thing no matter where you stay, and the staff helped us with it immediately.

The kitchen was clean and had everything we needed and there were tons of places around the house to sit and eat, work, or relax. The bathrooms and other facilities were cleaned regularly, and the staff were always present and available to assist with anything we needed from questions about our stay to local recommendations!

Beautiful, spacious, very clean hostel in Banyuwangi. We only stayed one night but next time definitely stay longer. It also had a well equipped kitchen which we enjoyed using for breakfast.

Very efficient service, can offer directly tour to Mount Ijen. Very clean place in dormitory. Everything was amazing, will recommend highly and well located. This hostel is a chain and stayed as well in Malang and they were one of the best chain I ever stayed with.

Th couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful they helped us set up the Mt. Ijen hike, shuttle bus, told us areas to eat and the room had air con and so clean. Definitely would return.
