FranceThe Wifi doesn’t work well at all and therefore you can’t really enjoy the TV… Wifi has a 10/10 on Booking but I don’t know how it is possible. This is really the worst point because otherwise the rating would have been a 10/10. If you guys can change the Wifi system, ratings will be 10/10 for sure.
Amazing staff, always there for you, cleaned the room twice a day if needed to always have fresh towels and a clean room. Bed really comfy and bathroom really clean.

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was in a great location in the middle of the island so you could access both sides very easily with a bike. The road was off the main strip avoiding the noisy crowds. The staff went above and beyond. They were extremely friendly, kind and helpful. The facilities were great with a pool, breakfast every morning, a smart tv in the room etc. The room was very clean they cleaned it twice daily bringing fresh drinking water every time. This place was the highlight of our trip and we couldn’t recommend it enough.

AustraliaAt different times, the resort was quite noisy. Guests were up at 4am talking and laughing, slamming doors etc. Families with small children allowed them to jump in the pool and scream out to each other well after dark. To be fair, I am not sure how the resort can control the behaviour of their guests - perhaps just letting everyone know at checkout that noise travels and not to sit in the common areas directly below the rooms if they plan to party during the night and close the pool at dusk?
The staff are brilliant. Andy and Jess couldn't have done more to make sure you had everything you need and felt like you were truly welcome. New owners took over while I stayed at the resort and are quickly making improvements to the facilities. The facilities are already good, so this is a resort to consider for your next stay I'd say - especially if you want to be away from the constant noise of the live music at bars on the island.

After 4 months of travelling SE Asia this is the easiest 10/10 for any accommodation we stayed at. If I could rate it higher I would. Antonio and his family were so warm, welcoming and truly made us feel like part of the family. You get an amazing breakfast each morning, which you select the night before. Every day the rooms were cleaned, twice! The bed was comfortable, the room was spacious and obviously clean and the shower was excellent. There is free drinking water available. There is also a well stocked fridge by the pool, full of beer and juice which you can purchase. We drank a lot of beer (we're Scottish) but Antonio was up to the task of keeping a steady supply for us. The pool is nice and you can get towels for going to the beach too. Sunset beach is a short walk away, but far enough away that you don't hear the loud music from the bars. We also got our laundry done while we stayed and it smelled fresh for weeks. Truly an incredible stay and couldn't recommend it more.

GermanyNot a big thing, but just in case, the wifi is not the best but it works well. The tv is not really useful due to the wifi is not that strong. (It did not bother me, but just in case someone needs this review)
The hotel is very close to the beach. The rooms are clean and big with a little balcony. The breakfast is yummy and very complete. Everyday the staff gives you towels for the beach. Is very quite and nice, and the staff makes sure that you feel like at home. The rooms are cleaned everyday.

The location is in the middle between sunset beach and the port, quiet at night to get a good rest. Breakfast is great and pool is cozy. I would definitely recommend this place.

SloveniaWifi was a bit slow and unrealiable. It is located far from port (30 minutes walk), but it is worth to come there, because it is located near the most beautiful part of the island.
Very friendly staff, especially the owner and manager Antonio, who makes you feel like you are at home. It was very clean (rooms are cleaned two times a day) and comfortable. Close to open air Aston cinema, away from all the noise of the town. Breakfast is good and it saves you from having to find a place to eat in the morning. The pool is well maintained.

United KingdomPool could do with a clean as green algae on walls. WiFi was temperamental and Netflix system built into tv needs updated, we weren’t sure how to do this so couldn’t watch anything.
Antonio and Marina are very nice and friendly hosts, very welcoming when arrived which gave a cold towel and cold drink. Good breakfast, clean the rooms frequently, good aircon and location close to outdoor cinema and shops.

I can see why this place gets 10 stars - incredible! The hotel itself is super clean, modern, and has everything you need. The owners, Antonio and Marina, were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. The staff were also super friendly and welcoming. It was the little things that make this place so good - a cold drink and towel on arrival and a great breakfast every morning, among other things. The place is very calm, close to sunset and the rooms are cleaned twice a day. Towels are changed daily which makes the place more comfortable.

United KingdomJust a 5 minute walk to the west coast beach, Soda resort is a lovely retreat on Gili T that is run by Antonio & Maria, a couple from Italy that truly make the stay. If you need any help with anything, they are there for advice or even just a great chat. The staff are also amazing and very friendly. Overall we had an amazing 5 night stay here and could have easily stayed longer. Paradise.
