Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Hong KongThey’re asked me to pay for the dirty duvet my kid made by her nail color and eating some chocolate. They said it was 2 duvets which is actually only one who is dirty. For one duvet should be 425.000 rupiah. They said can’t remove the dirty one, I was just like wtf it’s can remove. Without checking properly they easily say I need pay for that. Of course I’m not just saying ok. I told them the dirty duvet is only one and can washed. So in the end I only pay 250.000 rupiah after the other stuff check again the room. I understood for the trouble my kid made, but to be honest this is the first time I had this experience. I been in so many hotel for my family holiday, but this hotel is really annoyed me because it’s ridiculous when one stuff came to the room and asked me about the dirty duvet he said 2 duvets dirty and I said come in check again it’s only one and can remove, then he said oh ok only one but without looking 🤣 and I said if it’s really can’t washed it I can pay full 425.000 rupiah but give me the duvet and he said ok. When I checked out, they check again they said only one dirty and can wash it but I should pay 250.000 rupiah for the treatment 🤣
Close to malioboro street, right in front of the tugu station.

IndonesiaThe soap provided in the bathroom was few and difficult to pump. Narrow parking lot. When closing the door you must push it very hard otherwise its still unlocked and others can easily enter you room, eventhough the door make sounds when you did not close it properly, most of the guests did not realize it .I keep hearing those noises in the middle of the night. Suggest to the hotel staff to remind the guests if the door make some noise which mean they did not close the door properly. You can easily go to the each room floor, and the lift can take us to the floor we want to go without scanning our room key which I think the hotel management should think the safety of the guests with this condition.
The room was comfortable enough for me and family, but room size is not too big especially when extra bed inside. The hotel provide mini bar for free. I got 6 bottle of meniral water but on the second day, they forgot to refill. The bathroom is not too big, but its okay. Breakfast not so vary but enough. Location is very strategic, very near to the train station and malioboro street. Easy to find something to eat near the hotel, private laundry services also nearby.

United KingdomThere's a light that runs along the top of the curtain rail that turns on in the evening and turns off at around midnight or 1am. You can't control that light yourself which is quite annoying so bring a sleeping mask. Also, the AC seems to turn off at some point in the night which meant my partner and I ended up waking up at odd hours in the morning too warm and had to turn the AC on again. Not sure if it was because of a preset sleep mode that I just wasn't able to figure out on the remote. It's right next to the main train station so it's still quite noisy at night but honestly not that bad.
Rooms are good and clean, though there's no safe or fridge to keep anything cool. The bathroom functions fine, though it's a little cramped. Staff themselves are very friendly though and it's good value for money if you're travelling on a budget.

TurkeyNoisy. The hotel has two kinds of rooms. One of the staff said that all deluxe rooms are interconnected rooms. My room was deluxe and next room was very very noisy, there is a door between two rooms and I could hear everything, even while they whisper. Thanks to kindness of staff I could change my room, I actually downgraded but I slept better, you’d better book not-interconnected room which is superior room if you want to sleep. Other than this there is always a housekeeping activity in the hotel. There are just 71 rooms and you can hear cleaning all day, you may hear vacuum cleaner at 5pm while you are resting. There is a noise problem with this hotel for sure. In rooms with higher numbers of each floor wifi signal was weaker. Tv channels could be more. Staff is very helpful but some of them needs to improve their English.
Staff is very kind and always helpful. I’m giving a high rate for sake of them. The bed is very comfortable. Location is great, a few steps to train station, Malioboro and lots of restaurant and cafe. Small bathroom but very good shower, high pressure and nice hot water. Generally clean except the mold between sink and wall (i saw the same thing in my both rooms)

New CaledoniaRooms are very small and on the first floor you can't open curtains because the view overlooks the breakfast the restaurant. Our first room had a lot of broken things, we could not take a shower....it was broken. First, they did not want give us another room because we were women!! When my husband came to the reception desk, the employee immediately changed our room. We really didn't appreciate this, women have rights like men!
The hotel is very close to shopping center and market.
