United StatesRoom was a bit dark inside, but this won't matter for most people.
Very spacious room and bathroom, high ceilings, with a vanity and plenty of areas to keep your belongings. I was pleasantly surprised by the amenities they provide in the room: dental kit, shaving, shower cap, cotton swabs, comb. They provide basic shampoo and shower gel type of stuff too, though I had brought my own. Staff is very welcoming and kind. Didn't use the facilities much but the pool and central courtyard look beautiful and perfect for a day of lounging. Very value for money during wet season in Bali :)

GermanyWe spent three weeks at this wonderful hotel this year, and we are absolutely thrilled! First, we want to highlight the outstanding staff: Every single team member is extremely friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. A special shoutout goes to Meilani and Brenda at the front desk, who were always approachable and did everything to make our stay unforgettable. Their attention to detail and dedication are truly exceptional. The entire property is a dream! Everything is incredibly well-maintained, and both pools are in perfect condition at all times. The rooms are cleaned daily, including fresh towels – whether for the face, body, or pool loungers. Every detail is thoughtfully taken care of! During our stay, one of us fell seriously ill, but the hotel immediately arranged for a doctor and a nurse to come. Their recommendation was excellent, as both professionals were highly skilled and provided quick and effective help. This level of care left a lasting impression on us. Even small issues were resolved promptly: A problem with the air conditioning, which became noisy at night, was fixed without delay the next morning. All in all, we can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. It’s not just the beautiful property that stands out but, above all, the incredible staff who go above and beyond to ensure every guest has a perfect stay. Thank you for this unforgettable experience – we will definitely be back!

GermanyBreakfast has "room for improvement". A little more variety and higher quality food components would be desirable, esp. considering the fact that this is now a four star place. Namely: - more vegetarian & vegan choices - more fish and seafood instead of the always sane recurring meat dishes - walnuts and high quality grenola - more and larger variety of fresh fruit and veggies - choices of non-dairy milk - good quality fresh curd cheese and natural yogurt - high quality whole grain bread and better quality croissants - freshly pressed juices instead of highly processed ready-made ones - etc.
Wonderful staff, super attentive, caring and friendly. Rooms are nice and comfy, not shiny new, but still in accurate shape. Very nice pool, pool bar still closed though, due to still missing alcohol license (predecessor hotel was closed for one year, current one opened under new name, license therefore still pending).

The quality of the rooms, the common areas such as the restaurant and the pool, are truly of exceptional standards. The staff is incredibly attentive and helpful, always with a kind word and a warm smile. They demonstrated great attentiveness to meet my requests in the best possible way, delivering a truly personal and high-quality service—all masterfully orchestrated by the manager, Brenda! To give you an idea, I even asked them if they offered medium- or long-term rentals! That’s how much I plan to return here. Kudos and heartfelt thanks to the entire team!

AustraliaThe pool wasn't very clean around the swim up bar with a lot of algae. The swim up bar is advertised on the property but not actually open/finished and the hotel has no licence to serve alcohol. The toaster at breakfast was actually quite dangerous as it was extremely hot on the casing with no warnings, the timer knob was also broken so very difficult to operate without burning yourself.
Very nice hotel with a quiet pool area. Breakfast was nice and the staff were very helpful. Nice rooms, comfy beds and good air conditioning. Bathroom and bedroom spacious with good facilities.

The location is really good aswell, your in a more silent part but with a 2 minute walking you will be on one of the main streets. I cant do else then rate a 10 for the hotel and staff.

SingaporeOpen Bathroom means of course, mosquitos but not really too bad and manageable if quick with your hands. Hotel is already open 2 months but no alcohol available. (Good business for Circle K across the road).
Suite room was perfect for the division of living / sleeping whilst there. Living area had two separate small armchairs, coffee table and Smart wall mounted TV. Microwave on side console along with Kettle & Fridge provided. Bedroom was well appointed, comfortable, clean with en-suite bathroom with open shower to the outside - as is very common in Bali. Location just off one of the best Food&Beveridge streets in Seminyak (Petitenget) and very quiet. Top tip: Turn left out the hotel and follow the road to the end where you'll find a small path (Gang) to Batu Belig beach that gets you there in 5 minutes and comes out at the W Hotel Beach area.

AustraliaI did not like that there are no chairs or a patio in front of our room where to sit if you are smoking or just would like to sit outside. I had to ask for extra chairs where we can hang our clothes as it was 2 of us staying. The wardrobe did not have enough space.
Breakfast was standard Indonesian food which was pleasant enough for me. Hotel is situated in a secluded street which is walking minutes to the main busy street full of shops, markets, restaurants, etc.

India1. They stopped me at checkout asking where one of the pool towels was (this was bizarre, specially after taking a 150$/night room). manager was super rude about it later. 2. Bathroom WC seat was very dirty with ancient spots and bathroom area near tub had spider webs.
