The room felt like it hadnt been used in a long time, a little dusty and smelled damp. The door was tricky to open as it caught on the floor and the soap dispenser didn't dispense well.

Room - Although main area (bedroom area) very clean and comfortable, the bathroom was mouldy and not clean. Grout and bath / shower area very green/black and not appealing at all. Really needs an upgrade. Tried to use my hairdryer but power blew out.

No soap in the bathroom, no lift, upstairs room was hot, luckily lower stair room was available and was transferred easily.

Overall good for the price. Complimentary welcome drink. Although have not got a chance to use, pool looked good and well enjoyed by other guests.

Located in one of the quiet small streets closed to busy main roads and the beach. Staff served us beer even after the restaurant closed. Big green garden with a clean pool and quiet space. Rooms are quite big with hot water and and a bathtub, balcony. WiFi works and you can store your luggage after check out.

Staff was friendly and helpful. We've had an early checkout and they prepared toasts and fruit for us when we asked. You can also store luggage there if needed - also longterm, for 1-3months, and it is super cheap.

Bathroom smells bad, very old and untidy, mould on the ceilings, we only stayed one night upon arrival, okay for a quick stop near the airport but wouldn't stay for more than one night, very smelly :(

Nice and friendly budget accommodation in the heart of Kuta. Set back from the beach so it's nice and peaceful, yet close enough to enjoy all the action on foot. Nice swimming pool and beautiful gardens.

This place is a hidden gem! The gardens and pool are stunning, the restaurant is open all day. The lane it is on is well lit so felt very comfortable walking home in the dark.

The rooms and bathrooms are old and smelly, need some deep cleaning and some renovations. The toiletries they give are really cheap and bad, could be better. Same for the towels: first time in life i see that shitty and smelly towels in a hotel. AC is really noisy, had to keep it off to be able to sleep. The map is wrong on Grab map, so the driver ended up in the wrong place and made pay double to go to the right place, and took another 15min to turn all around.

Common area is beautiful and nice to stay and relax. They can storage your bags for $4/month, so it was a really good deal for me. Night receptionist is nice and fun. The reception is 24h, and my flight arrived late in the night, so was good to have peace of mind knowing that it was opened. Breakfast buffet is nice, but poor vegetarian options. Close to the airport.
