My last stay at the property was 10 years ago. It is as good (if not better) as how I remembered it. The service and breakfast have again been great and memorable.

Our room was spacious with a comfortable bed. The welcome massages were amazing! I wish I had booked for a full massage. Breakfast was delicious with decent coffee. All the staff at the property were welcoming and informative. The afternoon tea by the pool was a lovely treat. The location is set away from the main street so it is quiet and relaxing.

Everything was amazing! We had a suite and it was comfortable, very big balcony and bathroom. Everything was clean. Breakfast was alla card with many choices and big portions. The hotel also rent scooters (100k a day). Good value for money.

One way road down from hotel, meant the driver has to go a very long way around to get back. This short stretch is also very steep.

Lovely food in the restaurant and they cleaned the room well every day. They gave us a free 4 course meal, when the laundry service slightly damaged a shirt.

Squealing bed, no sidewalks on the street, Wi-Fi not very reliable

Beautiful garden, cleanness, kind staf, massages at the place, free 15 min. massage, walking distance from the center, large room, large terrace, shops and restaurants nearby.

Staff were super accommodating, excellent breakfast options with fruit and fresh juice as a bonus. Location was perfect, handy to everything but not absolutely hectic.

If you’re driving yourself, just be aware there is a left turn coming from the south that cannot be taken from 10:00-20:00. You must enter from the north. This was really annoying to figure out on day 1.

Maybe it’s because of the greenery, Ubud is very animal friendly, we saw insects in the bathroom every day…

The hotel is clean, the pool is beautiful, the breakfast is delicious, and the free massage is amazing! The staff is especially great! The front desk helped us order a takeaway breakfast and accommodated my wish to take a shampoo. The cleaning staff refolded our beautiful bath towels every day. We had a small problem on the second day, which was quickly solved, and the manager later offered to change our room to express his apology. You can feel that everyone here is as warm and friendly as possible!

I loved everything about my stay at Sri Ratih Cottages. My suite, with both indoor/outdoor showers, was huge, spotless, and very comfortable. The bed mattress, pillows, and linen were in great condition. All the staff I encountered were so warm and friendly. I had 2 massages at the hotel spa and they were fabulous! Loved the pool and lush gardens. The breakfast choices were plentiful. I've been to Bali 10 times now and have stayed in many wonderful accommodations. But now, Sri Ratih Cottages will be the place I return to when I come to Ubud. Can't wait to return!

Stayed in two different rooms due to booking an extra night, and both rooms the noise of neighbours does travel sadly due to heavy doors and furniture.

The staff were brilliant here. The pool was so lovely and clean at all times, with staff checking if you needed anything while there. The grounds of the property are lovely and the rooms are also immaculate. Good options for the breakfast which was included with the rooms.

We absolutely loved this hotel!. It’s so peaceful and quiet however close to the main town of Ubud. The staff were so welcoming and kind throughout our stay and upgraded our room for us at check in which was so amazing. We loved the pool and welcome massage. Room was clean and made up for us every day, would 100% recommend to anyone considering coming to ubud.

Beautiful, resort, not too big, lovely gardens. A real retreat. Pool was lovely, and huge bathrooms. Lemon grass iced tea on arrival was delicious

The room had a sewage plumbing smell, and the only thing that barely helped was keeping the bathroom door closed.

Overall, the hotel was great. The spa was amazing and highly recommended. The staff were welcoming, and the restaurant was good.

Be aware that Ubud is a very busy, noisy area with constant traffic, & no pavements direct from hotel so be aware if walking particularly at night. A couple of nice Warung in walking distance if you are careful! More loungers in the gardens would be nice.

The gardens are absolutely stunning. The breakfast was very good. Staff were polite and welcoming.

Didn’t like the service charges that have been introduced for room service other than for breakfast and for a glass of ice after the first free one. These measures seemed mean and ungracious when in all other ways the efforts of staff and management made us feel welcome and valued.

I liked the delicious breakfasts, the free smiles from the staff, the garden and pool areas, the massages and the personal treatment we received at this is small hotel. We had a room booking mishap. Sri Ratih management went an extra mile to compensate us as best they could. This was greatly appreciated.

The only negative I would say is the doors between our adjacent kids room in the duplex suites, it would be really great to have a door between the two rooms for the younger kids but we still love that both doors open to the little balcony. Also the doors to the bathroom could do with some adjustments as they were quite noisy pulling shut and locking when using the bathroom late at night.

We honestly loved our stay. It was peaceful and the rooms were very comfortable.

We have stayed at Sri Ratih many times over the last few years . We enjoy the authentic Bali feel of the property.. the surrounds and accommodation.. the breakfast is generous and the location is close enough to Ubud to reach by foot but far enough away not to feel crowded.. there are many good restaurants in the area .. the pool is very relaxing if spending time in the resort and the staff is always exceptional

The breakfast could be improved slightly but that is quite a minor thing in my opinion. The location is slightly out of town but it’s very easy to hop on a bike or in a car to get to the centre of Ubud so don’t let that put you off. It was actually quite nice to be slightly out of town as it was so peaceful and there are plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby if needed.

The surroundings are absolutely beautiful and it is such an idyllic setting. The staff were amazing and the on-site spa was a particular highlight. The pool setting was lovely. I normally get bitten a lot but I didn’t at this accommodation. There was so much attention to detail and our stay was really special!

Beautiful and peaceful surrounds with a wonderful ambience and it was just what I was looking for. It probably helped that I’d unknowingly timed my stay outside of school holidays.
