Overall good but it Would've been better if there were a mirror in the room, hair dryer, kettle for a late night instant noodles. Road condition was poor but its not what they can do... hopefully the council fixes it soon.

Amazingly friendly staffs, views from the valcony and swimming pool were amazing.

Gorgeous, newly built hotel on a hill overlooking nusa penida. Loved that is was quiet and away from the crowds. Lovely managers and staff. Kay took care of everything from transportation to recommendations of best places to eat.

The only hitch was that it’s quite a drive up from town so you end up needing to get quite a few taxis around or a scooter, but be aware the roads up here are rough and unfinished so not everyone will be comfy with that. That being said our hosts were extremely helpful with organising transport and tours. On the other hand, this Neighborhood is super peaceful, breezy and quiet because it’s a bit further away. If we hadn’t stayed here, we wouldn’t have gone to 3 amazing warungs with truly fantastic food for a great price - Warung D’mas Yummy, Putu and Ratip are all in walking distance and come highly recommended.

This was a beautifully designed place, newly renovated and with a lovely vibe. Super relaxing even down to the poolside tunes and lots of places to chill out and have drinks or or snacks near the beautiful, spotlessly clean pool with an incredible view perfect for soaking up the Lembongan sun. The rooms were thoughtfully decorated and set up with many small helpful touches that made our stay feel comfortable and luxurious. We also wanted to give a big shout out to the wonderful staff, especially Kay, who is a legend and went out of her way to make our stay special and welcoming.

The views from the villas were just spectacular. I could sit and stare at the view all day. It was so calm and peaceful. The rooms were beautiful and our balcony had a great view too. Breakfast was delicious each day. Kay was amazing and super helpful! Very responsive on what’s app and answered all of our questions. She was super helpful in booking taxis for us as we don’t ride a motorbike. She knew the island extremely well and had great recommendations for dinner. She even helped us to get to a safe atm. I would definitely recommend!!!!

The place is beautiful and the staff so kind. It’s a bit a part from the main places of the island but renting scooter directly at the villas is an option and allows to visit many beaches, not far from the villas. We had a wonderful snorkeling session in Penida directly booked by the villas’ staff.

The shower was a bit awkward (water pressure and warm water), but the staff was super helpful and immediately came to check and help. The location can be a bit hard to find because they’re not on maps - you can look for Bukit Ancak Lembongan Villa instead, the name of the old place.

Tucked away on a quiet hill, it’s like a quiet retreat from the busier part of Lembongan. The rooms were spotless, stylish, and cleaned everyday. And honestly nicer than most bungalows on the island - nothing super fancy, but still really nice. The views were beautiful, and they had a nice communal area and pool. The staff were absolutely wonderful and made me feel right at home. The breakfast was okay - nothing special - although they were out of pancakes for the three days I was there. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Nusa Lembongan.

There is no restaurant to serve any food during the day on-site. The location is a bit remote so you have to go to a restaurant using a taxi/scooter every night and lunch.

No wifi in room A gecko in our room stained our bed sheets with excrement all throughout our stay as staff did little to nothing to try and remove it A dog barked throughout our one of our nights but that really dosent have to do with the hotel but rather the location Lastly the AC was very nosiey throughout the whole stay Would not recommend taking the tours they offer also. We took the tour to Penida with this hotel and it was bad. Driver did not know how to speak english also forced us to pay parking fees which usually are paid for by driver (we got refunded the parking fees) and the return boat to the hotel very disorganised, the boat back took one hour to come and when it arrived we had to fight for a place. The boat also got stuck on the beach myself and my partner had to jump in the sea to help get the boat unstuck. Also do not reccomend taking the hotel taxis which were around 50% more expensive than others. Value for money was rubbish in my case

Room could have been cleaner, on arrival we noticed dirt stains on the bed which we thought were from the flowers placed on the bed, later we noticed poo droppings falling from the roof- this happened on several occasions throughout our stay. Woken by birds at 4am walking on the roof (not owners fault) but something to be aware of. We thought our bedding was changed on our second day of our trip but bed was only dressed- didn’t have sheets changed which needed to be due to poo droppings & also didn’t get replacement towels- needed to ask for new ones. As others mentioned it’s a bumpy ride from main restaurants but that didn’t bother us. Lots of bugs in the room as our main door didn’t lock properly as one door was faulty. Also no hot water during our stay and no pressure in the shower.

We had no hot water for our entire stay. We also had no safety deposit box which it states it has in the rooms but the doors don’t close properly either so everytime we left our room we had to take absolutely everything valuable with us. We had to ask for hand soap and toilet paper throughout the stay too.

During 4 night stay, our rooms only got cleaned once. Staff didn’t present themselves in clean clothes, sometimes smelled. Most of the time, only one staff onsite to cook and/or clean… not a well managed business.

Staff are friendly, nice swimming pool, good view from a high hill point. Rooms are clean and tidy to start with.

After arranging for the hotel to pick up from the harbour in advance (150,000IDR) we were left waiting as they had forgotten about us and I had to contact them again. The location is difficult to get to you definitely need a scooter which we always get anyway do it wasn’t an issue for us but if you aren’t happy with one you may felt isolated. Sadly the hotel also charge 350,000IDR (around $35AUD) for return drop off pick up to JungutBatu restaurants which is more expensive than most places. The hotel also charge 175,000IDR per day for an N max scooter versus our local contact 120,000IDR so we arranged that ourselves. The place has been cheaply renovated by basically everything being painted white which looks nice but sadly the original fixtures and fittings haven’t been updated. The shower badly need replacing there’s no water pressure or hot water, we complained to staff but it was never rectified. The bathroom door handle broken was also broken. Sadly the place just seems to be being run on a shoestring. On our final night a group of Indians stayed up partying in the pool all night and kept the whole hotel awake. The staff could hear them but did nothing. Many guests complained the next day there should be an enforced quiet time. We have travelled extensively in Bali and felt for the price they charge there are better alternatives available so sadly we won’t be back.

The views are stunning from both the infinity pool and the rooms. There is free water top up to save on plastic. The boho renovation is nice and has updated the older decor. The staff Putu was lovely and chatty. Kay the manager was friendly but sadly had been called away for personal reasons for most of our stay and may have exasperated some of the issues we faced during our stay.
