The room was not clean , it smelt really bad of sewerage in the bathroom , the aircon barely kept the room comfortable. The power was on and off all night and the dogs at the shelter were so noisy and the lock box did not work. We left after the first night of a 4 night stay and moved to a different location. The staff were really helpful.

The smell was just too much and made the stay uncomfortable. I think they just need to sort that out and would be a much nicer stay. Also needs better hot water system.

Terrible sewage smell coming from the ensuite bathroom, which makes it awkward / uncomfortable, especially with your partner. There's no window or ventilation in the ensuite so its guaranteed to fill the bedroom...If you're having a romantic getaway ensure that this has been fixed. Also a hot tip, the hot water water mixer is on the wrong way, so hot it's cold and cold is hot. They really should get their money back from the plumber.

The horrible smell from the bathroom that invades the bedroom, at night it’s impossible to enter the bathroom , there’s a pool with green water, poor maintenance of the facilities, towels are old, exterior needs maintenance, power was down a couple of times, last night no water so we couldn’t shower.

Water pressure for shower is slow. The slow water during shower can be quite a nuisance especially after heavy outings, you need a good damn shower. I hope they’ll prepare slippers in the house too since the floor felt a little damp and sandy because Asian like me, I don’t wear my shoes in the house. Haha

The location is really good, not come to 5 mins to walk to the flea market and also just walking distance to entertainment areas too. There’s a nearby convenience store and ATM. Even though it’s in the middle of bustling town, it is quiet. The pool is clean, big spaces and bed is comfy. For the price, it is worth it.

There were clearly some issues with the power and drainage that management are aware of and appear to be trying to fix. There were short power cuts every day, but this seemed fixed by the end of our stay. There was also an awful smell coming from the bathroom drains, usually just in the evenings. Didn't affect our stay too much though.

Love the townhouse style apartments, and overall we had a good stay. The studios are stylish and great sized and the pool right outside the door was great. The location is perfect - really close to Seminyak beach, shopping, and restaurants. The staff were friendly and helpful.

By the second day of our trip the pool had turned green. This was not resolved by the time we left (8 days later) and in fact had gotten worse. The attention to detail at this property is what really lets it down. For example, there was only 1 coffee cup and no tea-towel in the kitchenette, no rack to hang bath towels. A real fridge would be super helpful, rather than the mini-bar/cooler unit. Light fittings we damaged and dirty, rusty fixtures in the bathroom in need of attention. The cold/hot water was installed in reverse in the batchroom - whilst not a big issue it would be good to provide a note or warn guest of this on arrival. Free WiFi was provided but was not secure and unsuitable for anything requiring realtime interactions (video calls etc). Only 1 entry key was available, which is difficult should you or your partner be wanting to do anything independantly during your trip.

The location was great, short walk to the beach (5min) and to main shopping area (10min) and a arts & crafts market across the road. The layout of the property was good and very spacious. The on-site staff were very friendly and always helpful.
