IndonesiaWe asked for a double bed in both rooms, but the smaller room only had twin beds, although it's not a big deal for a short stay.
Located near the airport, our stay was to pick up our daughter and her husband from the airport, so it was a good location. Check-in was done at the receptionist inside Aston Hotel and Residency. The hotel staff was very friendly and accompdative. You can find food, cafe, supermarket and everything you need just around the hotel. Also close to the beach, but we didn't have time to visit the beach. The apartment was sparkly clean, fully furnished, with kitchenware, fridge, stovetop, electric kettle, diningware, and even washing machine, iron, water dispenser (hot and cold available), and more. The moment we entered, we just felt like home. Bathroom supplies were abundant, and the most surprising thing was the complimentary food inside the fridge. Coffee, tea, sugar, even milk was available to freshen you up. We can also use spices, oil and everything in the kitchen. The comfy sofa in the family area was a nice spot to have a chat with family. The owners were helpful and communicative. We really enjoyed our stay here, and actually felt like one night was too short.

New ZealandWe recently had the pleasure of our first ever trip to Bali and enjoyed staying in this apartment which is located within The Ascot Hotel complex. We very much enjoyed being able to use the hotel facilities, in particular, the very large infinity swimming pool and the on-site restaurants. This well furnished apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We appreciated our hosts, Jeff and Lisa, arranging for complimentary servicing of the apartment every third day of our 11 night stay. It was also great to have the use of a washing machine in the apartment. Jeff and Lisa are excellent hosts. Communication was very easy and always prompt. What a lovely surprise to find complimentary snacks and drinks provided on our arrival. It was also great to have a supply of drinking water and the water cooler machine in the apartment. The location is great...very close to the airport. There are numerous shops and eating out options in the local area. There is a large shopping mall close by. The beach is about 5 minutes walk away.

AustraliaHotel is a little out dated, Bathroom had a bit of that Bali drain smell, but that kind of thing is too be expected in indo anyways. I did also find some little ants around the kitchen area so maybe some ant spray and bait could be provided but other than that I couldn’t really fault it.
Quiet location that is close to the airport, restaurants and the beach. Nice spacious rooms, complimentary snacks provided on arrival with a balcony which you were able to see the Kuta reef surf from.

I needed an easy accommodation and close to airport for my morning flight. This came to rescue. It exceeded my expectation. It is not a 5 star, but it had everything I needed. ACs work perfectly, kitchen, comfortable beds,TVs, and fast internet.I was traveling with my 6 yrs old child and sometimes she gets cranky, but pool and restaurant fixed it! Thank you again Jeff for being so communicative even when I couldnt find the remote control you were gladly answered my question.

the location was great however whilst in the residential section the hotel itself that it joins wasn’t well maintained and the rooftop bar wasn’t there anymore! the building looks old and dated.

Well in advance we booked a 2 bedroom apartment for our family of 6. The day before $190nzd was taken from our credit card. Upon arrival when we could not find the address we phoned Jeff, he said he knew nothing of our booking and had let the apartment out to someone else. Jeff remedied the bad situation by swapping out the apartment we had booked and paid for with 2 rooms at Aston hotel, however only 4 beds were provided. My husband and I had to then pay another $100nzd so that everyone had a bed to sleep in. We had 3 separate rooms on 2 different floors which separated us from our children, which is why we carefully chose accomodation for 6 of us altogether in the first place. It was a very expensive night of accomodation for our family and not what we had hoped for. The staff at Aston were all very friendly and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was fantastic.

It was well equipped. You could find there anything you need. My kids loved the desk for doing colouring in, there was hot and cold water dispenser as it’s very convenient, large fridge, filled up with snacks and drinks to use complimentary from owners/managers, washing machine, fast internet and fully equipped kitchen. Great location.
