Everything was perfect.

From the room to the view, the pool, the food and the STAFF: we couldn’t have wished for a more perfect start to our Bali trip. If you’re looking for a view of Bali away from the crowds, this is it. But then there are also plenty of wonderful restaurants in walking distance (5-10 minutes)!

Bugs. But there’s really nothing to be done besides making friends with the ants. It’s in a jungle around organic rice terrace farming. Bugs come with the territory. Full mosquito nets on the bed was nice to help keep the critters separate from you

Super friendly staff and a very authentic Balinese experience. Food was amazing. They welcomed me with a bath tub full of flower petals. I mean how much more beautiful a welcome can you get?

This is a very spiritual place. You can go to prayers with mama Arty early in the morning and it’s quite a wonderful experience. I get to understand their spiritual connection to everything. The gardens are lovely and the place has a very authentic feel. Don’t miss a massage in the beautiful healing Centre. And of course the views from The Restaurant are really beautiful all the way to the ocean.

The property is absolutely stunning and the staff are wonderful. Mumma Ati is such a wonderful host and the staff cannot do enough for you. The property is well maintained, clean and beautiful rooms. The food was also excellent and catered to Gluten Free and Vegan.

We liked everything.

The location is sublime. The rooms are well appointed and very comfortable. The whole place feels serene, warm, welcoming, and relaxing. You must do the one-hour walk through the rice paddies (it's free!). Wonderful pool, beautiful grounds. Walking distance o town and tasty restaurants. We give Subak Tabola our highest recommendation!

There’s not much not to like! It’s one of the older accommodations with that oldfashioned but well maintained Balinese charm. If you’re looking for something modern, look elsewhere.

There is better restaurants in the area They put us in a small room, that didn’t looked like the one we booked, for the first night. We complained and could move to a larger room after some discussions

Nothing to fault.

It is paradise. The minute I arrived I knew I was in a special place. It’s nestled in one of the most lush beautiful valleys I have ever seen. The energy here was special… then I found out why. It’s run by a priest, Mumma Ati. She’s a remarkable soul who brings so much love and joy. Her staff are so beautiful and attentive. I highly recommend this accommodation… it’s a must.

This place is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay here so much. The staff is always happy to help and welcoming. They were so nice with my daughter. The complimentary activities are great. We loved the activities with the children as they were so nice showing us balinese dancing.

the menu is too big (around 100 choices), when being in the restrooms, you can hear the other people over the walls (no clear separation to the other rooms with the outside bathroom)
