The wifi was absolutely terrible. The tv did not work and when we asked staff about it the would brush us off or say they will get someone to come out to the property to fix it (no one ever came)

The property itself was fantastic. Nice spacious rooms. Absolute steal for the price we got them for (we had 3 rooms all up)

1. They don’t provide room service. 2. Property premises could be nicely maintained. 3.Premises near Pool for Sea Terrace room is kind of abandoned. 4.In house Restaurant- Ocean Blue service guy’s behaviour is not cooperative. 5. Limited Breakfast available. 6. External Spa is available at our room. 7. For Suite Rooms- Small water heater available, was not able to take hot water bath in bath tub.

Staff is extremely helpful specially Melinda, she was very helpful throughout the stay. In house restaurant chef is good.

Bit disjointed service- the restaurant bar doesn’t do room service, and you can’t charge to the rooms. (Useful given the scarcity of ATMs in Nusa pendida) Also, seems to be 2 hotels that have merged but sort of seems like 2 hotels? Could do with a bar service round pool and few more chairs.

Creepy Crawley bugs, no mosquitoes spray, breakfast was simple, don’t expect to much, meals need more flavour, don’t stay during Nyepi day, there turn everything off including power and the airconditioning, stuck in a hot bloody room,

No safe in our room. Food was average we ate a lot at the chill just down the road even though we had breakfast included. My sons bed sheet had a hole in it we were there 3 nights and wasn’t changed. Had to ask for the towels to be changed.

Views were great and nice pools. Room very spacious and modern. Staff helpful when asked and could rent scooters at hotel.

Sadly there was a problem with our booking and we received a different room as booked, not entirely their fault but more so of the person placing the information on Booking.com. We didnt really receive a compensation or apologies, it felt like they put the blame on us for booking the wrong thing. There is no hot water in the room by default, having a huge bath is great but having to order water from downstairs that they'll boil for you beats the purpose of a relaxing bath as it gets cold pretty quickly.

Great location in Nusa Penida, the rooms were clean and the service was great throughout our stay. Perfect for a day or two while you're travelling. Our room was next to the pool which was amazing and waking up with an ocean view is breathtaking.

They didn't have phone in the room to communicate with the reception, everytime you will have to walk upstairs even for water or any other facilities that you need.

The room has the toilet visible from bed. We couldn't leave the curtains open because it wasn't private enough. The bath didn't have any hot water but the shower did.

Beautiful views, the pool was lovely at the end of a busy day. The breakfast was sufficient and most staff were really helpful.

staff was incompetent and needed to be reminded multiple times about everything. the breakfast menu was very limited and multiple listed items on the menu, also for lunch and dinner, were unavailable. the organized driver was delayed, unfriendly and on the phone the whole time making it a rather uncomfortable ride. unfortunately the resort is separated into two parts divided by the Main Street. the whole property, except the room interior needs to be renovated.

Location is ok, it’s beachfront but no access to beach and unless you have a car or scooter it’s pretty secluded from all other restaurants and beach clubs.

Nice staff, great food and comfortable rooms with everything you need.
