Breakfast quantity is a big issue - not worth the amount of money paid. At times we were left hungry and had to go outside for early brunch. Management really needs to work on the quantity of the breakfast offered (no issues with quality)

High quality well appointed spacious villas with own pool. The staff were lovely and very helpful. Have access to bicycles which were great to explore the many restaurants along the 5km beachfront paved promenade.

Everything was exceptional - from the first experience to the last. The staff were friendly, helpful and did everything to make our stay a very happy one. The breakfasts were prepared to perfection by Yande the chef. A special thank you to Gustra for his great service and wonderful humour and manner. The rooms were clean, tidy and very spacious and the pool rounded off the comfort of the accommodation. The location is convenient to all amenities. Thanks also to Yudy, the Manager, and Puteri and Pradnya on the front desk. The best accommodation we have ever experienced! We would rate this 20/10 if we could. 😊

Everything was perfect.

Beautiful and convenient location at Sanur beach . The villa is right at the beach with the beach views but still has the needed privacy. The free bicycle is definitely comes handy when you want to explore the long beach boardwalk area as it seems to be never ending with lots of restaurants and bars and shops. Welcome drink is very interesting and well presented and very refreshing.

We were there for our honey moon and we thought a couple of the additions were not good value for money. For example, the honeymoon decorations we felt were over priced, most hotels would do the decorations provided for free. The taxi service from the airport, we felt was over priced. We knew it was expensive for Bali but we thought it might be a special hotel car. It wasn’t, just a standard company which if booked directly, would have been half the price. The breakfast was ok, but not great. For the accommodation type, I would have expected better.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Sumitra. The ambiance was perfect for a romantic getaway. Our room was cozy and offered a beautiful view. The staff were incredibly attentive, and the in-room dining was superb. Highly recommend for couples looking for a relaxing retreat!

Words really don't do this property any justice, truly amazing. Very private, right on the beach, huge private pool, huge villa, delicious food. So many little touches- free fruit, robes and hats to use, bath bomb Very romantic

Accessing to the beach was hard, especially if you were riding bicycles, there were no bicycles for kids. A/C sound is high.

Construction work on phase 2 of the hotel is underway and wasn’t mentioned on booking.com or by the hotel when I got in touch before our stay. However it didn’t interfere with the experience too much. Breakfast ordering could be made easier and although WhatsApp butler service was 99% great we had a couple of mis-communication issues where they didn’t read my message correctly.

Modern, stylish huge villa and lovely pool. Bed linen and towels changed daily, lovely bathroom products. Kitchen area was really useful with fridge and chilled water dispenser. Security was good felt very safe. Staff were smiley, polite couldn’t do enough for you. Seconds from the beach where they have cabanas. WiFi was good. Overall a great stay!
