The room with big window but most window was blocked by an immediate wall. So the room was very dark. The room was darker in the evening, because the lights in the room were terribly dim, especially the lamp.

The gentleman in reception was very helpful. He spoke English well. That’s very unusual and useful.

Room was smaller than expected but as you only use it for sleeping anyway, that is no big deal.

Very friendly staff. Comfy rooms and beds. Good location close to station (but don't walk with your luggage to the hotel like we did. The sidewalk is mostly unpassable and traffic is murderous. Take a taxi)

Mentioned by other guests already - bathrooms do not allow any privacy at all - although there is a curtain to shield the glass wall, the door to the bathroom is a rather a paravent than a door itself Breakfast menu to be ordered from a choice of 2 different menus (English or Indonesian) Although great thought for Sustainability and avoid foodwaste, it is not suited for vegetarians as it does not offer much variety

Despite its great staff and calm atmosphere, the room could have been cleaned better. A thorough check from the hotel team would make this place look so much better.

The calm ambiance of the place is good for our short trip in Bandung. The chef is great! We love their Nasi goreng kampoeng!

The windows are relatively small but this is fine.

The non smart-TV and lack of channels

The room is a little small. Also, it smelled like smoke when we came in. However, it was a non-smoking room. The big window looked upon a wall, so we had no view.

I love the serenity and its ambience. Very calm and quiet at night suitable for couple that loves the calmness. The decoration around the hotel and honeymoon decorations is top notch. The hotel literally live up to its name. The staff is very helpful and their breakfast is good too. Close to railway station, Bandung which is a plus point.

The bedroom is separated from the bathroom by a see through glass wall. As travelling alone, this did not bother me, but if 2 people sharing the room, this may be a problem privacy wise. I don’t know if all rooms are like this. Good idea to find out.

Very nice atmosphere in the hotel, and beautifully decorated. All the staff were excellent. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The room and bathroom were spotlessly clean. Wifi worked well. The food in the restaurant was very good and reasonably priced. I had 2 dinners there during my stay. Close to the railway station.
