Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence

To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Bed sheets were stained and overall cleanliness poor, however to be expected given the price.

- Breakfast buffet was turned into a war zone after 100 tourists from India "ate". The behaviour of this yelling group also caused a lot of noise during our stay and made it much less pleasant than previous times. - Room still not ready at 2.30pm - Inefficient handling of laundry by staff

AC was not cool enough even though the temperature was read 18 degrees and full fan mode. Especially at day time. I did call staff to check however noone came and check the AC.
Friendly staffs and good location where spas, restaurants, pharmacy and convenience store in front of the hotel. 5 mins walk to discovery mall.

I don’t feel my room was as clean as it could be. The water was never warm enough for a shower this was reported daily by other guests. My toilet seat was broken and the fridge didn’t work, when I reported these things they did offer to repair them but I was checking out the next day so I said it could wait. When I first arrived my room wasn’t cleaned from the previous guest so they offered me another one, that room was too smelly to stay in smelling strongly of damp and mould and a stagnant pool outside on the balcony. I feel that that room hadn’t been used since covid shutdown . So I chose to wait until my original room had been cleaned, about half an hour.
My room was huge and opened up to the pool. I liked having a ground floor room. My bed was huge and very comfortable. The staff were pleasant and very helpful.

Very old bathroom and furniture. The worst part is the smill of water in the bathroom. Very noisy at night, poor isolation of sounds from the street.

Doors and windows aren’t noise proof so children scream and even walk noises were super annoying

If you swim all of guests can see you. The location of swimming pool is very weird. And the room was bit noisy at all night long.

The shower did not work properly, and it's the second time this happened to me in this hotel. The pool it's said that is open at 8:00am but it was only free to use after 11:00am. The staff is very nice and friendly, but at the afternoon, I asked to the front desk to call me a taxi, but instead they suggested to call a private car for me, and they charged me 250.000 rupiah. It was only a 13 minute drive so i don't know if this is fair, I think the taxi would be cheaper.
I had a problem and the night shift staff at the front desk was exceptionally helpful. He went beyond to help me find a solution and was very friendly. I am very thankful for his service.

A lot of the rooms had interconnecting doors & were quite noisy with other guests & not so relaxing. Step in bath/shower was hard to get in and out as quite high & slippery. Buffet breakfast was OK, but always cold, best to ask for it to be microwaved.
Location and large rooms, beds were very comfy & rooms clean. We were on ground floor so easy access to the pool. Friendly Staff
