I can't rate the staff enough. The hospitality was top tier-thank you all so much. The big brands could learn a lot from these guys. On arrival we received an ice cold wash cloth and a welcome drink (non alcoholic). We found our room to be very clean, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay A beautiful, idyllic setting surrounded by peaceful farmland and just a 5 minute walk from the beach, 30 minutes from the harbour. The staff cooked a delicious breakfast - best eggs we've ever had, I'd imagine fresh from the farm. We rented an electric scooter and the staff were more than happy to let us park and charge it.

The place is a bit far from the main center, is quite but you need the bike to move around. Beach is at 5 minutes bike. Is not a real resort. In the east side of the island there are more luxury modern resorts. Around the place there are local living there in much more simpler conditions.

Super nice and clean guesthouse. Spacious rooms, super comfortable bed, very quiet and clean. Also nice pool to chill during the day, and just a few minutes walk from a beautiful beach. Besides that the staff was also very welcoming.

rooster started singing around 3 am and kept me awake. ac was weak and couldn't cool the room. it was set on 16 degrees but the room was around 25 at all times. it was hard to sleep as it was really hot.

great location as you could not hear the prayer calls. it was a 25 min walk to the harbor area but we enjoyed it. close to the sunset beach. nice stuff, great breakfast, beautiful and big rooms.

The sofa’s pillow was a little bit dirty.

The staff was so nice, and the hotel is in the best location. It’s quiet but close to everything. The breakfast was magnificent. The pool was always clean.

Cupboard could use an extra shelf. Surrounding could feel a bit messy due to people living and working there. Nothing else, great stay and very friendly staff!

Very friendly and helpful staff. They arranged snorkel tour, bikes and laundry for us. Delicious breakfast. Great pool rooms and airconditioning. Good location close to sunset beach. Everything is easy to get by bike.

It looks like a brand new property. But the shelves and sink table in the bathroom are a bit dated and haven’t finished properly? But that’s not a big problem.

All the staffs were very kind and always smiling. Very quiet location easy to access beach.

While we had a pleasant stay in SUN resort for sure, here are a few things to suggest for improvement(actually for ourselves to come back next year haha) - the drainage at the shower area was clogged. - the alley to the resort was a bit messy(especially when it rained). It's not their fault at all, and it might be fixed soon!(Gili T is being developed so fast!)

- everything was well-placed somehow. When i think 'i need something', then it was actually there! Which was the best part - it felt very homely, everyone was very friendly and attentive - rooms were clean and new - delicious breakfast - there are a local-vibe street when you go more inside from the resort. (You can get a different view of Gili T) - they had a funny sunny symbol 😂 - the bed and the bedsheets were the best one we have had so far. Was better than the 5-star-hotel's

Everything was perfect!

Best place i ever stayer! The rooms are big and so so clean. They have a shower with hot water and good water pressure. The location is so good. Because there is no noice from the going out area. The staf is really amazing! So sweet and will do everything for you. Would recommend everyone to stay here!

Just perfect.

I really loved this place. The staff was so kind and nice. Everything was so clean. The bed was so comfy and the room very spacious with AC. It was nice to have a swim in the pool at night. The location was quiet. Perfect to relax, but close to the beach. I was extending for 2 more days and wanted to add 1 more day, unfortunately it was then already fully booked. If I come back I would go there again. Amazing service, place and price/ratio.

Beautiful resort far from the mosques and the parties. It makes for relative quiet on a busy party island. You might hear some music from some restaurants nearby, but it is generally quiet. Make sure you rent a bike. It’s far to walk to most places. But this is something I enjoyed.

- No tissue in room - Bicycle has no bell no light. Trail is rocky and most of them do not have lamps to lightup the path which is dangerous for cyclist. Asked Top up 60000idr for a bicycle with lights and said the seat can be adjusted to height. But bicycle was brought to me, my legs cannot even reach the ground. Service recovery was bad. I ended up falling twice and bruisee my legs because there wasnt any bike light to lit up my path. How dangerous with the rocky and sloppy path - No water dispenser in the resort - No dustbin in room, only toilet - the shampoo and soup bottles need to install a shelf to be placed next to the shower and not placed the bottles next the hand wash basin

verry slow service for breakfast even when we asked for some extra hot water they panic.always gathering of the staff 5-6 members without doing nothing feel like they staring on you didn't make me feel I have my privacy, they all verry polite but stil I did not get why the just standing around or in the terase.

Was clean and in good location for sunset and dinner,5min by bike but in a quite location, totally opposite from the harbour. good value for money.
