Pool was under maintenance and I wasn’t notified about it

Amazing beautiful and quiet location outside of the mess of more touristic areas, amazing staff. Dogs are allowed which is great.

Not enough Indonesian food on the menu.

Amazing smoothie drinks and bowls. Excellent gluten free options. I particularly loved the massages. The swimming pool has extraordinary views.

It would be nice to be able to make a coffee or tea in your room. Have a few kitchen utensils.eg knife to cut fresh fruit.

The staff were always very helpful, respectful and lovely. The environment is very beautiful and peaceful. The views spectacular over rice paddy fields to mountains and sea. The outdoor pool was fabulous. The walking path to our accomodation was beautiful, especially at night lit up with lights.

Limited menu if you were there for more than a few days, gym area wasn't very clean, although the private pools are great the locals tend to walk past every 10-15 mins which wasn't great for privacy.

Villa and private plunge pool were very nice and relaxing, views from the main building were also great.

More attention to detail needed, things such as a welcoming drink / being taken to and shown you room make a big difference.

The food is not good. You have no choice but to eat the food at the hotel. I heard they have been through a few chefs but if they found. Great chef this place would be amazing. I ordered Mahi Mahi and it was like eating salty rubber. Not one Mel was good. Also, the pool was filthy because the filter didn’t work and it was very warm and disgusting!

Such a beautiful and peaceful place to rest your head. Absolutely spotless! The outdoor bathrooms are so beautifully designed. I LOVED having my own private splash pool !The beds are so comfortable! The staff goes above and beyond! They have almost created paradise in Bali except…....

I missed a mosquito net as I don’t like to sleep in airconditioning but with some fresh air. Also the place is very new so for me it missed some soul. If your looking for a good coffee with plant based milk: next door hotel has it! The place is also quite remote and no Grab so a little hard to get somewhere but the security guy can bring you to the beach for a fee if you don’t have a car or scooter.

The view is beautiful, the pool is very nice and good sun beds to just relax and read a book, best massage I had in Bali and the raw vegan food is AMAZING. Cute little private terrace. Make a chat with the staff - they are a little shy but super kind. Go down to the beach to have diner at Sea Salt restaurant, the ambiance is very special there.

It seemed the employees we're still new to the job and didn't know much about the rules & customs of the place. It was just an interesting experience since the rest of the place was top notch. Nothing too bad. I'm sure they will improve with time.

Unreal value for money. The location is paradise. The rooms are wonderful. The style is amazing! Great pool and gym. We had the best stay. I wonder for how long they will list these prices.

We did not like staying here. Our bungalow was in the middle of rice fields and the bathroom and toilets were open air. There were insects of all sorts getting into our bungalow because it is not completely closed : big spiders, mosquitoes, flies, caterpillars, cockroach. The kids were afraid to go in the bathrooms at night and to take showers. Also the food was really bad and the hotel was very isolated so no other solution, it's a road through the jungle. We decided to leave after two nights here on what was supposed to be a six day stay. If you come be warned it's in the middle of nature and the bathroom is open air. It is what not what we expected nor wanted.

The Hotel is very eco friendly in the middle of nature and has some incredible views on rice fields. The staff is nice.
