JapanAnts were on the vanity often. Old and rusty shower & sink (from the salt water).
Great location, very close to the beach and amazing sunsets. Walking distance to everything. You can hear the mosque at all hours but it is not too loud. Has hot water, a refrigerator, and a kettle. As you can see from the photos, it feels just like a Japanese love hotel. The owner Jasmine is extremely nice and she looked after us. She helped arrange our snorkeling tour (AMAZING!) and also recommend a doctor. She was always ready to help with anything. Great value for budget travel on Gili Air.

Resident kitty Gili is the sweetest and very much looked after by the owners, who were so lovely and attentive. Resto and bar across the road (Captain Coconuts) was awesome for breakfast and happy hour Cocktails, and allow you to use their pool FOC!

AustraliaThe water from the shower was salty so soap didn't come off easy and skin was sticky after shower. but that seems to be the case in all accommodations of the gilis. The knob and hose of the shower were rusty.
The room was very nice and with remote controlled ac. The bathroom was spacious and there was a good mirror. Drinking water was provided from a tank outside to refill own bottles.

This was such an amazing stay. The bed was super comfy and a hot shower was such a blessing after many cold ones in Indonesia. Having a kettle was awesome too! And jasmine was the kindest host ever. She helped my friend when he got injured and organized rides for us and was just overall and very kind, loving, generous, helpful and beautiful soul/person to spend some time with. OH YEAH! It's quiet too. No loud speaker noise like you get in the center of town which was a blessing after our first night staying close to center. Thanks for a great stay! We are so grateful to cross paths with you and get to be so comfy in gili air :)
