Massage was very strong when we told them to make it gentle. Food is not so fresh - no fresh sea food, even though it’s by the beach.

The room is big and clean, and the pool is long.

Possible personal preference however the bed was very firm. Pillows good however! Also maybe because our room next to restaurant the music was often on repeat and loud at different times of the day - not all the time tho. All quiet by 10/1030 so all good! Just as a note for some travelers with any mobility issue, big steps down to room and also from room to kitchen. Pretty much the case Bali wide tho but just as a side note.

Really enjoyed our stay at Salt. Location great right on beach able to watch the fishing boats come and go and chat with locals and see their catch for the day. Loved Maya the cute friendly cat and doggies around resort felt quite homely 🥰 Our room was beachfront which the staff called the apartment or villa as it had separate kitchen and queen and bunk bed. Also table and bench seating under verandah just lovely to be able to sit outside, quite private. What was exceptional was the food. Breakfast included always nice and good choices. Had lovely food and some cocktails from restaurant all wonderful. Staff always friendly and kind. Loved the service and chats with Wayan. Also Thankyou to reception staff for helping with driver to get around. Pool excellent!

Cleanliness of the room - Needs deeper cleaning. Baseboards, walls, bed frames. and the garbage around the resort needs to be removed daily.

The sliding doors rattle a lot when opening/closing them. It was noisy coming in and out of the room and trying to be quiet while my friend was still sleeping.

This was the second time that I have stayed at Salt Resort and it was great to be back. The standout of this property is the amazing beachfront location. The morning sunrises are just spectacular and the sounds of the ocean at are night are so relaxing and comforting. The room is clean and comfortable with convenient facilities. I enjoyed the upgrades to the room such as the robes, new decor and fresh paint job on the walls which makes the space feel fresh. The complimentary breakfast is delicious and the staff are friendly and helpful. Thanks so much, Salt! :)

The hotel is on the beach front overlooking the local fishing boats. And within a few mins walk to Warungs . The staff are amazing, Willy at the restaurant was super attentive and keen to ensure you had a good meal . Dee the manager and her staff are very helpful and attentive to your needs. Highly recommended this hotel .

Second part of property is disconnected to main part and access via a dusty, dirty, rocky track. Some linen/blankets with small stains. This area of Amed is going through heavy development and road works, messy and a little harder to walk around.

The second room we had was two minutes away from the resort. It has transparent curtains. Light shining into room all night. Block out shades are required. They do have eye masks available in the room.

Fantastic restaurant with attentive staff. I had an ocean view room with a great outdoor setting. Dining table and chairs and a huge day bed. Aircon and wifi worked great. Large clean pool. Nice tropical vibe 🌴🌺🍍🐠.

Lovely little hotel set on the picturesque beach at Amed. The bungalows are tastefully decorated and very comfortable with their lovely swimming pool as the centre piece. Their restaurant was wonderful, serving a delicious breakfast menu and dinner freshly prepared to order, we also caught some fish which they prepared and cooked for us. All the staff at this hotel made our stay very. Would definitely return to this tranquil getaway.

This hotel is a little hidden gem. Had a beautiful stay here and the staff went out their way to make sure you enjoyed your stay . The hotel is great value for money considering the hotel is right on the beach and the food is amazing here . I will definitely stay again

I stayed there for 5D/4N. It said that after 3 days, hotel will change the sheets, etc, but they didn't. The drainage in a shower cube did not working properly. I don't know, maybe coz I stayed in a budget room.

I could bring my 2 dachshund dogs with me. The property location is just a step away from the beach. The staffs are great.

The only thing we didn’t like was alot of flies while trying to eat, which is expected in Amed. Apart from that everything was great. I would recommend getting a room closer to the ocean front & not close to the road side.

My aircon wasn't working properly for the first few days, the staff were responsive, but the technician couldn't come for another day ( not the hotels fault) Lots of flies around the restaurant area, had to keep flapping my hand over my food to eat, flies seemed to be a problem in a few cafes on the beach in that part of Amed.

Quiet spacious room with fully stocked mini bar. Lots of cupboard space and towels. Small resort with everything you need, small spa, restaurant on the beach, pool. Nice touches in the room, bug spray, ear plugs and a few other items.

A/C was a bit noisy but they provide earplugs. Also, there is a rooftop bar near, so since we were a Friday night, it was noisy for the evening with the DJ music. I still recommend.

Super super Clean, the staff was incredibly helpful and kind. They prepared us a breakfast to go since we had to leave early for Gili. Totally recommend.

- Not a negative but something to just look out for... the aircon was weak which meant the room was very warm at night. However, the team did supply us with a fan which helped drop the temperature a little, so we were very thankful. - The food was good but a little pricey in comparison to other local restaurants, but we appreciate it is a resort, so that is expected.

- The staff were incredibly accommodating, both front of house and bar staff. - The location and facilities were great.

The bathroom was smelly. Stains on the sheets. The beach can not really be used for swimming, but that’s not a complaint about the resort as this is definitely not their fault :) We only stayed 1 night. I would not feel too comfortable staying longer, also because the main street is not that nice for strolling around by foot.

The bathroom was a little bit smelly sometimes but we have that in almost every bathroom in Bali, so it was okay. All in all, this is complaining on a high level and it was a fantastic stay at Salt's, we can definitely recommend it!!
