It was calm and a nice place to stay. We had the pool for ourselves. Beach of Selong belanak is amazing !! We did not regret our choice of staying a couple of nights.

Same comment as most. I think they try you out in the room that the A/C severely underperforms, then if you say something they change you, no problem. It’s not a pool but who cares.

It’s a shortish walk to the beach, the rooms are great.

Nice clean place. Good beds. Good location. Pool is a bit small but very nice and refreshing. Very good place to stay in Selong Belanak!!!

Even though the location is right by the beach I did struggle to find other things to do and you’d run out of new places to eat if you are there for a while. Also not a big shop near by. The bathroom didn’t have a proper window, just railings which meant at night bugs would come in. (Still a lovely place to stay though)

My favourite place that I have stayed since being in Indonesia. Definitely the cleanest for the money with the nicest most helpful staff. Being by myself they made me feel comfortable and where always friendly. The location is great being only a short walk from a beautiful beach and a few restaurants not far away. I was genuinely sad to leave.

We loved the quiet location if this accomodation, a five minute walk from Salong Balanak. The owner and staff were super welcoming and helpful with anything we needed and sorted a scooter for us. The room was a good size and bathrooms clean and nice.

I never leave bad reviews but this was very upsetting as a solo female. Not as advertised. No breakfast included making it expensive for the area - but since they stated having a sauna, indoor pool and fitness center I thought that was why. However none of these facilities existed. The property was uncontactable and the staff has no idea what I was asking about. Then, on my second night a man with a key to my room unlocked my door and tried to enter TWICE while I was sleeping. And then returned again and hovered with a light for a while. I had to push all furniture against the door for the night to feel secure until I could leave safely by daylight. Then staff contacted me, ignoring my questions and concerns but telling me they couldn’t find the key I left for the room when I left - clearly there is a security issue. It was a very challenging experience. I have stayed at better accommodations in the area for less money and better facilities.

The AC wasn’t very good so was quite warm at times. Also has a lot of bugs/insects coming in and out of the room even with the door closed, there was also a window in the bathroom without glass which didn’t help.

Really good location to the beach (under 10min walk) and very helpful staff. Good laundry service.

It just didn’t fit the description and pictures which left us a bit disappointed. If it was more honestly represented we probably would have enjoyed it more. The pool was only outside 2 rooms so it feels like you can’t use it as it’s right on their door step and quite small. Breakfast portion was very small; I think it should be offered as a free breakfast included in the price maybe?

It was a clean room and a good size. Nice location and friendly staff. Staff were lovely and accommodating, juice on arrival and the place felt very secure and safe. Cheap menu if you want something quick and easy to eat. They let us leave our bags in a safe place until we were able to check in

No Air-con. Room sooo hot 🥵. Do not stay here. jangan tidur di sini. Schlaf hier nicht. ne dors pas ici. non dormire qui. no duermas aquí. Owner appeared friendly but it was just a smile, not genuine. On arrival He gave us a free coconut from his tree. When we went to the room it was very very hot 🥵. We turned on the Aircon and went out for 40minutes. When we came back it was still very very hot. The owner offered us a new room. It was the same. Very hot. The Aircon was just moving hot air around the room. It was set to 16 degrees, but the temperature remained at 27 degrees. The owner agreed we could cancel and get a refund on booking.com because the air con did not function. But then he pretended the request for a refund did not come through from booking.com. . When I looked at his phone, he had not logged into his account. Not trustworthy.. do not stay here.

☹️ Did not like anything. Do not stay here. Do not sleep here. The Air con does not function.. rooms are Soooo hot 🥵
