Great location within walking distance to central Ubud but tucked away in its own quiet green oasis. The staff were all very friendly and provide a high level of customer service.

It’s an amazing place—spacious and perfect for relaxing. You can unwind by the river, enjoy a massage, and take in the calm, serene atmosphere. Staff was lovely! They are super kind and helpful a the time. I had a great time there !

Room was smaller than expected from website photos and could hear guests in next room at times. Woken early most mornings by a crowing rooster from neighbouring property.

The location was very good and the outlook very relaxing. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the breakfast included was also very good. Would stay with them again based largely on staff and location.

Was a bit of construction noise from the wellness centre during the day. Could hear the neighbours at night (pulling chairs and speaking loud, not hotels' fault). Bathrooms are a little tired, though.

Great staff, very friendly! Especially in the restaurant. Food was great, too! Rooms beautiful. Location - away from busy Ubud, and also very close to some of famous cafes (Zest, Alchemy, Brie).

In general both rooms were good, however in our junior suite internet connection was very bad, almost none. The jacuzzi was not working on the first day (fixed only next day). Out of 3 pools only one was working, so our kids could not entirely enjoy this stay. During the breakfast only one hot drink was included, if you wanted a second coffee, you had to pay extra. The location was quite central, but the resort was on a hill, so it was a tiring walk to get to the Ubud center. Besides, there were no sidewalks, so it felt very dangerous to walk with kids there. You could order a taxi, but it took too long for the car either. .

It was a nice resort, where you are very close with nature, very beautiful. It is a place where you could really relax and forget about the stress of a regular life. The personnel was friendly and helpful. We really liked breakfast, even it was not too big, but it was always enough. Also it was tasty and healthy, food of a very good quality. Very good mosquitos protection in the rooms. Close to the resort there was a nice restaurant selling jewellery of a good quality

Soundproofing between rooms is an issue, we could hear everything in the adjoining room. Additionally, they don't cover the buffet breakfast which means it's cold unless you're there first thing

From the moment you arrive this place just feels special. It's set in a lush valley over a river, giving beautiful views. The staff are just wonderful, so kind and helpful. There is an activity to suit everyone, and more can be arranged. The rooms are spacious and kept spotlessly clean. Cultural night was ace, definitely recommend.

Being in the Jungle comes with some challenges too. i am afraid of Geckos and Lizards so it was bit uncomfortable seeing them around but this is nature and the hotel has no control over it but still upon my request they changed my room. but if you are nature lover you ll love it.

All staff specifically Pita at reception ensure your comfort during the stay. Location is great as it is right next to the ubud city center. resort itself is good with serene sorroundings. totally worth the money we spent there.

Our balcony was pretty small and the outdoor chairs were not so comfortable.

Very nice resort with their own temple, spa, yoga sala and restaurant. Overall nice stay. Relaxing atmosphere. Staff is very nice and welcoming. Helping you with any request. I would return. You can have some special treatments which is very convenient. Liked very much the Balinese dance show at the restaurant. Afternoon tea is also nice. Room was spacious clean and comfy beds.

The stairway to the sauna could be improved, and while the insects might be out of their control, they were noticeable. During our six-day stay, we found the breakfast to be quite repetitive, and it sometimes seemed like leftover items from the previous day's service were reused. The location isn't quite easily distinguished by drivers.

We stayed for a work brainstorming trip, and I was truly impressed by the exceptionally friendly staff and the outstanding facilities, especially for the price. Location was great! It is away from the city centre so it's quiet and peaceful. If you want to go to the city centre, it's only a 20 min walk. The staff are lovely and the food at the restaurant is delicious. The rooms were clean and comfortable. My partner and I had the best time!

The doors are a beautiful balinese traditional carved door, they are noisy when opening and closing and the neighbors seemed to be in and out all night, plus dragging their furniture on the stone floors vibrated. But all in all you have to expect some noise from the neighbors and it was very peaceful once they settled down. .

Very relaxed atmosphere and so many spots where you can go to rest or swim. It really is a beautiful resort. My balcony room was spacious and the bed very comfy. The aircon was fantastic. Amazing buffet breakfast with choices from continental, fresh fruit, Chia puddings, eggs, bacon, pastries and the coffee was excellent.
