The linen was good (with the exception of one set which was damp) the pillows were quite high (causing a crack in the neck) but were changed when we mentioned it. The linen and towels need to be inspected and damaged and pulled threads removed from service. We had some questionable sheets and towels which I thought should not have been provided to guests. A little more care should be shown to the cleaning of the rooms (we had dirty cups sit for three days).

The management and staff were very friendly, we enjoyed the breakfast (included in our room price), the pool was a good size and our room was on the ground floor near the entry, so very convenient.

The layout is a touch confusing and there are a lot of stairs (fine for me but worth noting for others). The included breakfast was fine but a little inconsistent (sometimes you had pastries, other times not). In general the restaurant food could have been a little better.

The resort was pretty, the rooms were basic but clean and the staff were lovely.

Its up a lot of stairs and the staff kindly carry your bags. The place needs a updating/painting, so if you do book, know your booking for the private pool or views, don't expect clinical finishing and furniture, this place is what it is, it could be soo much more, but we still loved it.

What a view! We booked the outdoor bath on the top floor, which over looked Lombok. The view, the stars and a evening bath was just lush. Its just what i thought it would be and more. Shared pool was nice to after breakfast, just looking at those views before we left. juts didn't have enough time there.

There were no vegan meals on the dinner menu aside from hot chips. Equally, vegan breakfast options were very limited.

Was only there 1 night, and got a really good deal on booking.com for it. I’d read that the hotel was outdated and needed lots of repairs and I did see that in my room (paint coming off walls, cracks in basin, wall power points coming out of wall) but It didn’t bother me because I was expecting that and for the price I got I didn’t mind. The view makes up for it!

Beautiful view, pool was small but nice and room was comfortable especially the bed. Staff were very friendly, especially Ayu at reception.

There was a loud lizard in our room during our last night.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were offered a 10 min free massage to use during our stay. The view is magnificent with an infinity pool in the upper levels. Very near to beaches and you can rent a scooter to go there. The bathroom is completely out of the box.

Staff aren’t good, I sent my clothes to the laundry and they lost my green short, they also gave me other’s clothes. I really loved that short For me if the time goes back i will not stay in that resort

Tbh the resort is very nice, but i had these issues with the staff only one receptionist was good to me. I sent my clothes to the laundry and when i was about to count them the guy told me do u trust me to count them later i told him yeah sure, he took my clothes and the next day i got them back they gave me extra clothes doesn’t belong to me and later when im in bali i noticed that they lost my sweet green short. Staff in general weren’t good. Don’t trust them in the laundry.

Neima room’s toilet has a “open” concept where insects and ants could be easily seen in the toilet, but not really in the room if you are cautious enough with keeping food away. My room was 302 and the toilet has a glass ceiling where if I’m standing in the bathtub, the other room at higher ground can probably see me, although the glass is not absolutely clear. Moreover, the shower hose for the bathtub is quite short that probably only guests <165cm tall could shower comfortably. Hairdryer might not be provided in every room and you’ll have to request one from housekeeping. The bathtub and sink is probably made of some kind of marble material where it could be easily stained and hard to wash off, hence some red stains could be seen (probably red wine stains judging from personal experience).

Located in Senggigi near to the Malimbu Hill, it is far away from the Mataram City but has a few beaches nearby that you could visit by walking or by taking GOJEK (about 36,000IDR/ride), alongside with restaurants or cafes that provides diverse options of food. The property itself is still pretty well maintained and has a restaurant with good view, you’ll be able to see Mount Agung from there. They offer healthy option of F&B in the property. Staffs were exceptionally friendly and attentive to our requests throughout the stay. You’ll get a welcome drink and a 10mins free massage voucher for usage in the resort’s spa. And there will be one complimentary basket of fresh fruits prepared in your room. 8/10 cleanliness. Loved the design concept of the place.

Lift was not in operation and it was a hassle for us with young kids and their grandparents to climb up the stairs. We requested to change rooms to those on the lower ground and they gladly obliged.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Location is near the beach and accessible to basic needs. Breakfast was good and they have "breakfast in bed" service which was very convenient.

- The resort situated on hilly landscape which is beautifully built. But this plus point turn out to be the minus point. The lift which supposed to take customers from lower level to the resto and pool areas was not in operation due to technical problems and not in use since months ago.(info from staffs). So we have to use steps walk UP and DOWN to/from the resto for dinner which is on level 5. With two customers over 60 and late fifties it is quite a tough job...

- Helpful staff. Billy at front desk also taking other tasks to help customers. Including baggages handling.

The wifi is lacking in the room. Our room was at the end where the wifi is not detected and coverage is low. But we were able to use it when we went for breakfast.

We complain about the stairs (115) but who was counting!! But that might be because we are unfit.

We had a lovely room and pool. the lift was broken so we had to walk up many stairs to get to our room (the lift was broken). The linen and pillows were very, very nice, the water pressure in the shower was a bit low and there was not a lot of throw to the water stream. The products were also very nice. I had room service and the meal was of a very high standard. Breakfast was temporarily relocated to the ground floor so an epic track back down the stairs to a wonderful breakfast (egg station, waffle station, many hot dishes, cereals, bakery items). The staff were fantastic.
