The WiFi wasn’t the best, but just enough and sufficient. But don’t plan to do heavy internet usage there.

Our room being the closest to the beach was spot on! It was so great falling asleep to the sound of waves and waking up naturally to the sun lighting up the room. Our week in Nusa Penida had a great foundation at the Swan Beach Inn thanks to the location, the very kind staff and the breakfasts. We were treated with a choice of drink in the afternoons when coming home, which we felt being a nice touch. 🤩

It feels like staying at home as the staff treats me like family. They provide excellent service to make sure I am comfortable throughout the stay. Room is very clean. Located right beside the sea. Breakfast was perfect. Will definitely come back if I visit nusa penida again.

The property is at a peaceful place and just beside the beach..the USP of this property is their staff or the family that runs the place..the look every possible way to help you and provide comforts to the best of their abilities..While they don’t provide lunch or dinner, the breakfast they provided is really of good taste and quality..Overall, if I ever visit Bali, Nusa Penida and this stay will be part of my itinerary

I liked it all

I am absolutely thrilled with the owners and staff of Swan Beach Inn – they are some of the kindest, most welcoming, and genuinely caring people I have ever met! Their warmth and hospitality made my stay truly special. The location is simply perfect – peaceful and quiet, right by the ocean. Falling asleep to the soothing sound of the waves was an unforgettable experience. My room was spotless and beautifully decorated with such a cozy touch. Everything felt so inviting and comfortable. Unfortunately, I only had time to stay for one night, but I definitely want to come back! The breakfast was absolutely delicious, made with love, and the entire atmosphere of the place was just magical. Highly recommend this little paradise!

The hospitality at Swan Beach Inn was exceptional. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, from the warm welcome and constant offers of coffee to the incredible meals they prepared (delicious banana pancakes, omelette and nasi goreng) The room was also lovely – clean, comfortable, and just what we needed. We highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a truly welcoming experience. PS: bring some earplugs, the waves sound was strong when we stayed.

The host and and his family is quite sweet and observant. When we arrivied at noon, ice water was served immediately and they brought us coffee. We put our clothes outside and they helped us move it when it started to eain. They would check where you wanna go and give you advice. Breakfast was really satisfying. Staying here was quire soothing and you get to see the beach. We really enjouyed our stay here.

The wifi drops out sometimes (not an issue unless you're trying to do zoom calls for work!) The restaurant next door (Penida Cantina) was pretty bad food, so I'd go the The Chill or other places.

Oh my goodness, the family that runs this place are the most wonderful people I met on my whole trip in Bali. They made my stay so comfortable and were so kind that I extended my time in Nusa Penida. The room is spacious and cleaned every day with fresh towels. Comfy bed. Hot shower. When they noticed I'd bought water from the shop, they left 2 bottles in my room every day. When I got caught out in a storm one night, they messaged me to check I was ok, then came to collect me on their scooter so I didn't have to walk home. Every day when I get back in the afternoon, they make me hot tea to welcome me back. The breakfast (esp. nasi goreng) is so delicious and brought to you on your veranda. There's a fantastic beach club 5 min walk away (The Chill, Penida) that has the best food in the neighbourhood and free daybeds and infinity pool. I loved staying here and I'd come back in a heartbeat.

The air con in our room did not keep the room cold. Also, the water in the shower drain did not flow freely and pooled.

Best place to stay!!! Such a lovely and kind family managing the property. They look after you well and the room is very clean. We booked the room last min and they were very welcoming and picked us up from the port with scooters. The property is right by the ocean and we could hear the wave sounds from our room. It was not in the busy area so it was nice and quiet. Beautiful garden and free tea and coffee service available. Highly recommend it!!! We’d definitely go back there!!!

The location and room was great. Our room was next to the beach so the sound of waves was nice. The breakfast was really nice and generous servings. Staff were very helpful with loaning a scooter and organising transfers.

The AC in the twin room wasn't very powerful, though it was fine in the double room we were in (we stayed in 2 different rooms).

All the rooms had a view, which was of the beach out front. The view was lovely, the rooms were great and the owners were lovely too, and very accomodating. The beach wasn't the best around as it would have been difficult to swim while the tide was out, but it was a nice view nonetheless. It was really nice to have breakfast while enjoying that view. The villa itself was a ways outside of town. We had rented a scooter in town so had no problem getting there, but it was a 25 minute drive.
