JapanNothing specifically but I think it was just some communication gaps here and there. However, the staff had full intent to solve any queries and were extremely quick in their responses.
If you are looking for a tranquil stay away from the hustles and bustles of the bali streets, this is a magical place to stay. The diligent staff, the spacious rooms, the enchanting pools, the excellent food just allowed us to relax here without worrying about going out for two days.

United KingdomWhilst not something I didn't like, they do host events at the hotel and this can cause disturbance for you if you are in the Delux suits which above the event hall.
The hotel is beautiful and has great staff who are warm and welcoming and helpful with anything you need. They keep you updated with information by WhatsApp which is really great. Breakfast had a good variety of food (local, English and continental) and changed daily. Thank you for making our stay great.

VietnamBeing surrounded on all sides by cigarette smoke while eating breakfast is quite unappealing for non-smokers. It is understandable that smoking is a normal past time for Asian males, but surely there could be a segregated area for smokers within the restaurant or smoking could be restricted to the outdoor area.
The grounds are spectacular and extensive enough to take a relaxing saunter around with an immaculate variety of flora and an excellent range of pools to dip in. The views from the breakfast table were astounding with a good selection of dishes to choose from. The staff were all very friendly and positive.

DenmarkThe only area for improvement we noticed was the need for better lighting at night. The winding paths to the rooms often required us to use our phone flashlights, which could be inconvenient or potentially dangerous with small children. However, the staff are extremely open to feedback and eager to ensure a perfect stay. If you encounter anything, just speak with them, and they will go out of their way to make things right.
We had the absolute best time at Swan Paradise, staying for two weeks—longer than the average guest. This gave us the opportunity to truly get to know the incredible staff, whose kind, professional, and service-minded approach made our stay exceptionally special. The hotel itself is gorgeous, with breathtaking landscaping, numerous pools, and a variety of room types suitable for any guest or family. The food was fantastic, especially the Balinese dishes that were to die for. Every activity and cultural attraction offered at the hotel was fantastic, making us feel like family by the end of our stay. The hotel also provides many shuttle and driver services, and every driver we encountered was super kind, knowledgeable, and reliable. We particularly recommend asking for Davin when arranging a driver with the hotel; he goes above and beyond for his guests, knows Bali exceptionally well, offers the best tips, and is extremely helpful. The staff's attentiveness was highlighted when they prepared rice porridge and ginger tea for me when I fell ill, without even being asked. We loved every single staff member we met—it was truly tough to say goodbye. This is a very special hotel run by very special people, and we will definitely return to Swan Paradise on our next trip to Bali.

GermanyThe location of the accommodation is not very practical, there were only a handful of vegan food options in the restaurant and the shuttle is leaving the city very early. We drove one way with the shuttle and the other way with a taxi.
The accommodation was beautiful. The staff is absolutely amazing, the room is big, very clean and pretty and the whole ground is great. The free shuttle is very practical and you can manage everything through whatsapp.
