Needed a/c to remove damp in room, which would also deter lizards from being in the room and make the room more comfortable. Need your own transport

Swar Bali was incredible bang for buck. Such a beautiful place for what you pay. A nice cosy room, big bed, good shower and toilet. We had a deck with our own lounge chairs overlooking the stunning view. The pool is also superb and the views great. Staff very friendly. Limited choice re breakfast but still great!

No AC may be uncomfortable if it was hot. Note- There are a lot of stairs at this property.

Good value for money. Lovely pool, good view, yummy breakfast. Restaurant on the property and 1 across the road both very good. Sudi and all the staff looked after us very well. He organised our scooter hire and massage at the property and an awesome day out with his brother dolphin watching.

Perhaps the cleanliness of the place could be improved a bit.

"Excellent value for money! The location is great, just a short distance from the main road with easy access to the waterfall hiking trails. The staff was welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. Nestled right in the jungle, so be prepared for a few small visitors at night. The amenities were basic but sufficient, making it perfect for a one or two-night stay. The breakfast was delicious, and their hot chocolate is one of the best in the world!

Many steps to enter property & then to access pool & dining area. Anyone with walking problems would find it very difficult.

Not ideal for a solo traveller, menu was limited and no vegetarian options, no grab or restaurants nearby so you need a car or a scooter. There were lots of ants in the room and got into the bed.

Lovely pool with stunning view, staff were helpful. Restaurant was nice but very quiet, and the restaurant staff were lovely.

Location is isolated (but we knew that, so wasn't issue for us), you need to have transportation to see surroundings. Staff can help you to find driver or you can rent a scooter. Little renovations needed in the hotel area. Little issues: one dinner time beer was run out and another day same with milk (for the coffee). Not big problems:)

View from the villa was absolute owsome. In the pool side villa you have your own deck/balcony with sunbeds👌🏼 Infinity pool is so cool. Staff is really friendly and helpful. Breakfast is average. You can also have dinner and lunch in hotel restaurant, if you want. Really value for your money!

The room was excellent; however, be aware that you will find a LOT of bugs... Ants, spiders, cockroaches, you name it. I think this could be easily avoided with some bug repellent or window nets.

Altough it is nearby the main road, it was very quite, enjoyable and peacefull. The owner and staffs are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast are wonderfull, it was freshly cooked right after we ordered and also tasty. My room is in the highest level, the view was wonderfull all day, you can see the mountain, the pool, and everything up from above.

Location

The most relaxing place! The staff was superb and accommodated all our needs, as we arrived late at night very hungry and they gladly cooked for us! Far away from all the Munduk attractions and if you’re not comfortable driving a scooter, it’s a very dangerous and hill top roads. Birds and nature will wake you up but embrace it, you are on holidays!

Breakfast was not the best and also as the hotel was not busy the restaurant was not open for lunch or dinner. Luckily there was a fab Warung just over the road

What an amazing view this place has from the infinity pool! Stayed in a deluxe pool view room and it was lovely and big and the bathroom was massive. All the staff were super helpful and gave us the best contacts for trips and taxis.
