There is nothing to dislike.

The hotel's location is conveniently across from Tunjungan Plaza, offering excellent value. The friendly and accommodating staff enhance the experience. Its proximity to Tunjungan's nightlife is also convenient, and I have enjoyed previous stays there.

I can find 1-2 tiny cockroaches in the room. Overall clean hotel.

We would like to have better coffee and tea options. Fridge in the room not properly working.

Spacious and pleasant room with plenty of natural light! Kind and diligent staff. Comfortable bed and useful desk. Nice shower. Wide variety of options for breakfast. We didn't stay long so we couldn't enjoy the pool.

Room is not sound proof, so I can hear people walking outside, or ringing the bell to other room, and even worse, cars from the main road. So, I couldn't have a good sleep that night. Bathroom doesn't have bath shower and shower's handle is broken. TV is small for the size of the room. Wifi doesn't really work good. And as a moslem, when I request for praying mat, OMG, it's so awful!!!!

The shower head isn’t working properly. The water pressure was quite low. And the lobby is a bit warm.

The hotel location is super exceptional. Near to Tunjungan Plaza and walking distance to Hotel Majapahit and the Tunjungan streets. The bed is thick and comfortable. The staff were all friendly and accommodating. The room service is also 24hr. Recommended!

We arranged with the hotel a pick-up from the airport. Pick-up was very convenient and the driver was very friendly. We had a nice conversation during the whole ride to the hotel. Upon arrival at the hotel we were greeted by once again very friendly staff and manager and had a short conversation. Check-in went smoothly. Our baggage was handled by staff and brought to the room. Joint rooms were arranged for our stay and the rooms itself were spacious and clean. Breakfast was amazing with a variety of Indonesian and Western food. Special compliments / thanks to hotel staff member named Fery who helped and welcomed us greatly during our stay and we were able to have multiple great conversations with. The hotel is conveniently located next to Tunjungan Plaza for if you like shopping (we did ;)). Arranging a taxi (Grab) is easy as taxi's can drive up to the lobby. The hotel has a small gym and pool facilities which are great to use during stay.

Cleanliness and bedsheets condition. Room air con was not really cool and the air con fan speed was slow and could not be made faster or stronger.

Our room didn't have a normal use refrigerator in the room, i asked their helped to keep my cheese at their normal storage what i brought from Europe. Because their "refrigerator" only can cooling until 19 celcius (almost room temperature).

I personally favor the traditional style of faucets in restrooms over the contemporary ones, particularly after using the restroom for a number two.

The hotel is conveniently located opposite Tunjungan Mall, just a short walk across the overhead bridge. It is also within walking distance of Alun Alun Surabaya. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful.

Overall stay was pleasant. The staff are friendly. The breakfast was pretty decent for a 3 star hotel. Overall I find the stay with swiss belinn was good

The mini-chiller which was supposed to maintain temperatures between 17-19 degree celsius was not even working. The coca cola was not even chilled (i.e.m room temperature). But this may be an individual , isolated case of a faulty appliance.

The hotel staff (from the concierge, restaurant staff, cleaners and receptionists) were extremely friendly! The receptionist, Fery F., was thoughtful enough to provide a free room upgrade froma Twin Bed Deluxe to Queen Deluxe with Window View towards the City as the initial room choice was on a smoking floor. The facilities is modern and clean, with a decent breakfast buffet spread of Indonesian and International cuisines. Hotel was also a 3-minutes walk to Tanjungan Plaza which is very convenient.

The hotel furniture seems quite old. Junior suite room was one of the smallest we have experienced by far. The bed was not that huge. Aircon unit leaking badly till we have to keep on and off it. Not much choices for their breakfast.

Swiss Belinn Tunjungan is located strategically at Tunjungan Plaza, just a stone throw. Lots of good eateries around its area.
