Real Bookers. Real stays. Real opinions.
Read more– opens a dialog boxEach review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. Comments and media that include hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, sexually explicit remarks, violence, or the promotion of illegal activity are not permitted.
All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Booking.com property partners should not post on behalf of guests or offer incentives in exchange for reviews. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.
The opinions expressed in contributions are those of Booking.com customers and properties, and not of Booking.com. Booking.com does not accept responsibility or liability for any reviews or responses. Booking.com is a distributor (without any obligation to verify) and not a publisher of these comments and responses.
By default, reviews are sorted based on the date of the review and on additional criteria to display the most relevant reviews, including but not limited to: your language, reviews with text, and non-anonymous reviews. Additional sorting options might be available (by type of traveler, by score, etc...).

Australia1. Restaurant menu for breakfast and all other times are vary, but the taste are average. 2. Air conditioner is weak. for overseas travellers from the non south East region will find the room still warm at times. 3. Location is far from the main town. so, to get into the town, you will need to use the service from a private driver. Rp100,000 for one-way trip (10-15 minutes drive). same price to get back to the hotel. 4. The hotel is old and in need of maintenance.
1. The scenery with direct access to the beach. 2. Comfortable bed with more than average room size. 3. Close (within walking distance) to Sylvia Hill or commonly known as Amelia Hill. You will have direct access to view sunrise and sunset. 4. Breakfast has different variety every day.

MalaysiaCheck-in time got dragged, even though I arrived an hour early. After I got my room, the room was quite dirty and they forgot to fit on the pillow cases and mop the floor. Room took a long time to get cold on the lowest temperature. Location was quite far from city centre and the road along the way can get really dark at night
Beachfront view was amazing

SpainThe hotel is old and everything outdated. Staff don’t speak proper English and it’s hard to communicate with them. 3 out of 5 people got a food poisoning after eating eggs for breakfast … this is very bad and sad though.
We like the beach, which was the best.

GreeceWe ordered Taxi to picked us up at the airport, but didn't come. The rooms & hotel are old, the service is slow, the food taste changes (not standard).
The beach is nice and quiet. No one disturb me. The beds are comfortable and the staffs are very friendly (though the service is not that great).

LuxembourgThe breakfast was not amazing. They had a good amount of variety, but most of the things were a bit tasteless. Having lunch or dinner at the restaurant is really expensive and not great. You might consider going to the city center for dinner instead.
The staff was really kind and helpful. Since the hotel is located outside of the city, it is really calm. Apparently this is one of the only hotels that has a beach in Labuan Bajo. The hotel offers airport pickup for 100.000 rupiah which is really convenient. We got upgraded since we had booked a hill room with 2 different beds, which they didn‘t have. The room was spacious and clean. The pool and the beach are really nice. You can kayak for free since there are kayaks available at the beach.

United Arab EmiratesThe cleanliness of the corridors and communal areas could be addressed to make this a really great place to stay. We also wanted to have a very quick sunset drink in the bar but were told we could have a table outside due to a large party arriving. Two hours later when we walked past for a stroll all tables were still empty. Bit of a shame.
We have a two bedroom suite which was perfect for a bit of space for the whole family. It is also located on a lovely bay. Very peaceful and we even spotted a turtle swimming from the jetty. One member of staff really stood out and made us feel very welcome. Her name is Rel. She was amazing

AustraliaAccessibility is a problem. No handrails for the pools makes entry/exit difficult for many people. Also, the stairwell is dangerous at the top. I almost walked straight over the side edge coming from the lift. This would be helped by placing large. potplants or similar at those points. The stairs would also benefit from handrails and a central rail. In the garden view rooms, the light switches and power outlets are a long way from the bed. This is a safety issue for some. Bedside lights both sides would be good.
Location was great - right at the beach. The restaurant being right there was an added bonus. The breakfast was great - lots of variety and all very fresh. The 24/7 menu was limited but adequate. We had a variety of recently renovated rooms and they were all very comfortable. The two bedroom suite was only available for one night but would have been perfect as a group base (especially with washing/drying facilities).

SingaporeThe restaurant in the hotel is very disappointing. The food is below average. Service is very slow (45mn to cook melted cheese sandwiches!). The outside of the rooms need to be cleaned more often. There is plastics and other stuff lying around. The separating wall is thin so one can hear the neighbours talking. I asked for additional key cards for the rooms but was told that there was only one card per room which is not convenient when you travel with your family. The hotel is fine to stay 2-3 nights.
The hotel is located away from the center so it is quiet. Bungalows are almost on the beach which is really nice. The hotel rents kayaks for IDR 500k an hour. You also have sun bed and beach towels provides by the hotel. Rooms are large and clean. Breakfast is fine and served outside under the trees with the see view. The garden is well maintained.

Czech RepublicWhat I was really furious about was that the management didn't say, nowhere!!!, that just to our cabana there is a full reconstruction of the swimming pool. So a big noise of machines and workers since 7:30am!!! And it lasted all day. If they do a noisy reconstruction ( who wants a big noise during his vacation???), they shouldn't rent the rooms which are just next to it!!!
I liked the place, the seaside, the personal. The breakfast was great!
