When you enter the hotel you don't see the receptionist desk.

The hotel is quite close to Ubud downtwon and easy to get around. When you walk out you see many shops. Breakfast is nice for this price.

I felt so welcome and safe here. The family were so kind! The location is in the middle of Ubud but far enough from the street that it’s very quiet. The surroundings are really lovely and the room is so comfortable. I will definitely be back!

I don’t think I’ve felt so genuinely welcome and at ease in any other place I’ve stayed before, ever. Taman Ayu is a small-scale accommodation run by the owner Ketut and her daughters. The rooms/buildings are laid out around a beautiful garden that she planted herself during the pandemic. The rooms themselves are excellent and very well-maintained, the property is as centrally-located as possible, but the thing that really sets Taman Ayu apart from other places I’ve stayed at is the sheer niceness of the owners. Highly recommend.

Nothing to say all was good stay

Prime location, extremely friendly owners and very helpful, available 24h, room itself is a great size and drop away from the shops&restaurants, daily cleaning provided, good breakfast they have a little menu to choose from which is unique because not many boutique hotels does that, and great internet connection! Great cafe&restaurant right opposite which was very convenient. it’s 100 worthy for the money, highly recommended.

I can't think of anything which I didn't like.

First of all I appreciated the exceptionally friendly Host, the room is confortable with quiet air conditioner, hot water and big confortable bed, each morning a breakfast was served. You can't hear any street noise and within 2 walking minutes you're in the center of Ubud.

Hotel could provide at least 1 bottle of water as a compliment. Hotel does not provide with Soaps / Shampoo / Brush. It is not required compulsorily as we had carried our own but it helps. Cleaning staff did arrange the bed but left other areas as it is.

Good place. Good location. Host was good. Helpful and supportive. She helped us with tickets for Mt Batur trek. Breakfast is also included though not many vegetarian options. The hotel rooms is in midst of plants and gardens so ambiance is really good.

Very nice and very clean homestay. Rooms are simple, spacious and comfortable. Good breakfast and very close to the main street by walking. They also rent motorbikes.

Taman Ayu is a treasure in Ubud, everything is close, still in a quiet place, breakfast is exceptional, we miss it already now. The family was very helpful, daughter is dancing very nice. Children especially liked the cat.

Stairs because our room is in the second floor. But you will have a balcony view of local houses in Ubud.

What a gem in the heart of Ubud. Perfect location, spacious room, comfortable bed, clean toilet. Love that clothes rack and hangers were provided for drying of clothes outside. Nutritious and simple breakfast provided outside room every morning was perfect as well!

Spacious room, lovely terrace. Serves breakfast directly to your terrace. Lovely staff and a very cute dog. Great location right in the centre but area is still quiet/peaceful.
