Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

easy to shop for an urgent things you need to buy such as can drinks or junk foods. Also they hv nearby dobby facilities if u need to wash or bike rental.

SpainThe type of room I had booked was not available for the first night and they offered me one with worse conditions. When I entered this second room I realized that it was not clean and they offered me to change again to a third one. The next day I was offered to change to the room I had booked and we did so. In this room, the AC did not work and they offered me to change to another room. This one was of better conditions, however, the bathroom was not clean and there was no hot water that night. Furthermore, at the end of my stay, I asked whether I could check out a few hours later and they still charged me extra instead of trying to compensate due to the experience I had had.

the property was old but still well maintained. Value for money. The room was so spacious with comfy bed, good furnished, and clean bathroom. 24 hours coffee & tea. but what impressed me the most was the kindness and friendliness owner. I will stay here again in my next coming to Bali fo sure 🙂
