I didn't like the currency of the restaurant. They calculate the price on USD, I'd prefer to have it as IDR

The property has a rooftop coffeeshop that you can see the sunrise and a grand floor restaurant with a good variety of international dishes. The villa is nice and artistic with a large area in bathroom and bedroom

Pools where not clean, the pool water was green.we did not use. There was a bad smell in our room. Had 3 day stay and ask for a refund for the other 2 days so we could stay some where else but would not give it to us. worst hotel I ever stayed in. Booking .com need to have a look at this hotel, it is giving you a bad name. I am a bit reluctant to use booking .com again if you list hotels like this. I have taken photos of the pools, I can send then to you if need but do not want wast any more time with this awful stay

The breakfast didn't have a great variety.

They were very kind and considering our needs. We got a room upgrade with private pool because of a construction noise from the neighborhood which turned to be having an amazing experience there. The view and the surrounding is phenomenal.

The entire resort was very dated. The menue was limited, and you could not vary it, even asking for an extra glass of orange juice. Had to ask to change the linen after five days. Lack of maintenance on essential items, eg, taps in the bathroom. The pool leaked and had to be continually topped up.

Loved the location. Loved the view from our villa. It's traditional Balanese theme. Friendly staff.

The rooms are very old and bad. Not elevators. The photos in the booking and the reality are very different. Nothing common what's in photo and in reality. Old 3 floor artist building, however in photo it shows inside the jungle rooms. And pools are not what's on the photos

The location is just wonderful, next to the Valley, waterfall and river. Next to the jungle, not far from the rice fields

Traffic in Ubud is crazy so sometimes was a bit of a trek coming back to the resort after activities

Such a beautiful resort and in a stunning location. There is beautiful artworks and sculptures all throughout the property. The pools overlook the jungle with amazing views. Breakfast was really nice. There is even a cute resident cat!

It's about a 20 minute drive to Ubud city center, just because of tiny roads and traffic. Grabs are cheap, though, and they will get you where you need to go. We typically like staying in the heart of the action, but we really enjoyed our quiet, serene location and then just traveling into the busy parts of the city for dinner in the evenings.

This place is INCREDIBLE. It's worth the splurge. The rooms are all unique, beautiful, and functional, the staff is very friendly, the breakfast is very nice, and the property is amazing. We could see wild monkeys in the trees from our balcony, and we spent quite a bit of the time at the 2 different pools. Also, we got engaged a couple days prior to our stay, and a friend from the US reached out to the property via email to plan a surprise for us. The property provided champagne, folded animal towel designs, and created beautiful shapes and words with flower petals and such. The staff really went above in beyond in all they did for those who stayed there.

Very noisy in the main building, we could hear conversations and people walking around. Noise echoed terribly and doors slamming. Also there was bright white lightbulbs that were uninviting. The pool wasn’t clean either. The pillows were very slim but we asked for a couple more.

The waterfall walk was amazing. The grounds of the property were great too. Room was air conditioned and also had a big window we could open and provided good natural light. Bed was comfortable

We booked this hotel because on the website it said they had a free shuttle into ubud only to get there to be told there was no shuttle.( we had to pay for taxi) .Rooms could do with a lick of paint, the yellow was very full on. The doors to the room were very loud, every time someone in same floor opened you could hear. Everything in the menu was in US dollars and quite expensive .

There was a foreigner (possibly the boss) who had a very bad attitude towards us! The room's interior decor was poor, and the bedding was very uncomfortable. Also, note that the menu prices are only shown in USD, and the prices are very high.

We paid nearly $500 a night. The hot tub was not even heated at all, yet advertised as a hot tub/spa. Could not even fill up the bath tub with hot water as there was barely enough hot water for a shower. Rang to book at the day spa only to be told .... no spa, then they hung up!!! Ordered 2 entrees as a snack and paid about double the price of Australian prices. We received better service and much nicer facilities at the hotel we booked in ubud main street for $80 a night. Would not recommend. We will not book again.

The facilities for a resort style are not up to resort expectations. Keep in mind for the following: Coffee facilities for resort style are very basic. Breakfast is only limited to set menu of 4 to 5 options with portion size quite small. All spa and room service are in USD Very limited security for the actual room/hut. So door is closed with wooden boulder from the inside and padlocked when outside. As well, you are required to hand in your key daily.

If youre looking for a place to be outside of the main city centre this is place is very tranquil and immersive in nature. The staff were very polite and attentive. Room is very spacious

Location, bed, comfort, no black out curtains, bed is so uncomfortable. Room service is very expensive due to the location is very far and they know guest do not have option. Insects in the room due to Balinese style. No kids entertainment, even TV does not have kids channels.
