We booked our stay breakfast included but breakfast is very poor quality. No options, no taste and not value. Pool wasn’t clean and non of us could be able to swim.

Loved it here, so so beautiful. We stayed in the deluxe suite beside pool and the room was so big decor was beautiful, beds very comfortable and the bathroom was massive with a lovely fountain shower. The infinity pool and view is so worth it honestly so tranquile. Location is bit out of Ubud but it’s quiet so will get good sleep away from the hustle and bustle and the hotel offer motorcycle rental so can access area easily!

The « American breakfast » was poor in meat (we tried both the bacon and sausages and both portions of meat were very small), as well as two small pieces of potatoes, could be upgraded a little. Because of it’s proximity to a jungle like area the room was quite humid.

The room was very cosy with a beautiful view. The pool was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming and nice during all our stay. The small negative point do not impact our stay, we recommend staying there.

When booking, informed the property that it was our honeymoon and they laid flowers on the bed for us and ensured we had an amazing view from our balcony. Plenty of options for the breakfast. We couldn’t check in until 2am due to delay in our flight which was no problem at all.

The bathroom was run down. One of our rooms did not have a mirror in the bathroom. I think it was quite expensive.

The view was spectacular. We were on the top floor and we really enjoyed watching the rice fields and the squirrels in the trees. The staff were excellent, very attentive, professional and friendly. The beds were very comfortable.

Nothing much.

The hotel provided an airport pick up and so were taken through the chaotic traffic. The reception staff was keeping track till we reached. The check-in was efficient and the staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a dinner from the cafe just nearby. The breakfast was by the pool side overlooking rice terrace and the lush green vegetation with birds chirping. A classical experience which reminded me of a stay in the jungle. The check out was smooth. The pool was clean but because it was raining did not get to use it. The location was far away from the hustle bustle of city life.

Rooms are a bit damp. Towels were old which made them look dirty.

The staff was very polite and helpful at all times, especially Ashi at the reception. They even made us breakfast boxes when we were missing it. We were almost always alone at the infinity pool which was great.

Only thing we didn’t like was smell of mold and humidity. Everything else was good.

Wonderful staff, we could stay more days, we felt like home. We rented scooter, so location didn’t bother us.

I didn’t like the breakfast, it wasn’t fresh prepared, it was warmed into microwave. Also in the room there is a table with meld, better to remove that table from the room.

signs in the shower how much water get used for washing towels, but the tap in the bathroom was leaking and wasting water constantly, but all they said was sorry about that. Not sure if they actually mean what they write on there signs:)

The staff is always nice. The room was very spacious and equipped with air conditioning. A very nice thing is that every night before we retired to the room, they made the bed for the night. Thank you for this stay! See you soon
