The bathroom really smelt like sewage which is a bit off putting.

Great location, super friendly staff. The room was huge with lots of space and it’s a very quiet spot, away from the busy main road.

The breakfast wasn’t great but you’re so close to many cafes and brunch spots. More sunbeds for busy times for all guests to enjoy.

It was a really lovely hotel with really nice rooms and comfy beds. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful. The pool is lovely and clean, just limited sunbeds but because it’s a small hotel it wasn’t a huge problem. The pool has steps which is lovely to sit on and read in the sun. The location is perfect but still a quiet entrance.

The hotel's internal policy is that they make you sign a paper to take responsibility if something is broken or stolen. Of course, I didn't sign it. I refused. I think the rules are very out of line for this type of hotel. There were many things in the room that were questionable regarding their condition, etc. It doesn't make sense if the guests are normal, like us.

No shelf in shower for bathroom products. Folding doors to pool were heavy and didn't slide smoothly making it very hard to open and close. Aircon leaking in 1 of the rooms.

Our villa was lovely, alot bigger than we expected with huge lounge area, dining table and 2 couches. The pool was incredible and very large with 5 steps down into pool area, 4 sunbeds included with umbrella. Rooms and bathrooms were very big and spacious. Turndown service was a lovely touch and daily room spray if there was any insects. Al a carte breakfast was a nice selection. Walking distance to great restaurants, coffee places and to shopping area in Canggu. Staff very lovely and accommodating.

There were not enough sun loungers around the pool. The bathroom was quite small and occasionally had an unpleasant smell from the drains.

The room was spacious and spotless, and the breakfast was delicious with plenty of options. The staff were warm and accommodating.

One evening there were loud neighbors in the room next door making noise at around 1 am, so not good soundproofing between the rooms. When I checked out, one weird thing happened: the staff took my backpack, said they were going to bring it downstairs. However he didn’t walk down the stairs with me, he went into the opposite direction and I wondered where did he go with my luggage? When I was done checking out downstairs at reception, my backpack was suddenly there, however one of the front compression straps (that keep the backpack closed from outside) was open I’m in pretty sure I had closed it before. That gave me the sense that they might have gone through my backpack? Maybe to check if I took anything? Not sure why, I kept wondering and had a slightly negative feeling after leaving the place. For that reason I would not come back.

I liked the room upstairs with the balcony because it gives you more privacy compared to the rooms downstairs by the pool. And the room is spacious and quite comfortable. The bathroom is super small but does the job. a/c was working well but after the second day started leaking water on the floor. The breakfast was good, however as always very limited vegan options. The pool was nice, clean and refreshingly cool water. Location is good, and since the entrance is about 50 meters away from the road, you don’t really hear the traffic.

Housekeeping called to the room a few times at 10am which was too early for us.

Excellent hotel, we would stay again. Staff lovely, helpful and very accommodating. Rooms beautifully furnished and big with a large balcony. Breakfasts are very nice with a good range. We ordered dinner to the room a few nights and food was great. Excellent location in Canguu, close to the beach, cafes and shops.

The aircon in one bedroom couldn't get very cold leading to an uncomfortable sleep for those in that room. Room service was very average.

The whole villa was spacious, clean, quiet and beautiful. We had a private pool which was bigger than the pictures make it out to be. Outdoor areas were luscious and green. Staff friendly and helpful

To be honest, Bali is too busy. Narrow roads with many many scooters and cars is putting too much pressure on them and movement over short distance is taking too long. Once you get to a location its great, just the amount of time to get there is taking too long.

All the staff are excellent, the rooms are good, beds comfortable. The pool at the private villa and main pool are great. The breakfasts are superb. The service by I Made Deni Irawan and his complete team are outstanding, as a family we were very impressed by him and his team, thanks very very much.

The bathroom door made very tight getting in and out of the bathroom. Minor issue for us, but maybe a difficulty for others.

The staff were extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was okay.
