Our door to the bungalow was hard to latch and very loud to try and close securely so coming and going while my family members were sleeping wasn’t possible. Also there were many mosquitos in the bathroom despite keeping the doors closed all day. (My first unit didn’t have any of these problems though)

Brilliant place to stay. Great location, very relaxed, staff were wonderful and food & drinks great. The only problem we had was that the walls/roof leaked when it rained heavily (it was monsoon season!) so our clothes got wet on the first night but once we realised we just moved things around.

I love Lembongan and have been many times.. 1st time at Tarci and will be back! Only downfall was a Rooster waking me up at 3am lol but that's island life! Thank you Tarci and the Team there for a great 3 nights. They also have pool towels in your room, so you don't have to ask for them which I think was awesome.

The view from the upstairs seaview room is beautiful. Staff, food and spa treatment were all excellent.

Tarci bungalows is in a great position right on the beach. The staff are great. Kadek looked after us from the start and was very helpful. All staff were friendly. The rooms are clean . The bathroom and sink areas are a little tired and in need of refreshing. All in all super happy. Food was good . Simple breakfast included that was great. Pool was clean and lovely and cool. Would stay again . Thanks 👍🏻

Very expensive food and drinks. I asked if I could add bacon to my fried eggs and was very surprised that they charged me 80k ($8au) for the smallest piece of bacon I've seen in my life.

Upon arrival we were told that our room (one of only two beach front) was already booked. Despite booking 5 months earlier through Booking.com. They claimed that Booking had only told them we were coming that morning. We definitely don’t believe this story. The two beach front rooms were taken by one family, who we later discovered were booked into one beachfront plus one of the non beachfront rooms. They kicked up a bit of a stink and demanded our beachfront room and we were shafted. Staff did not attempt to compensate us in anyway. Basically told us there was nothing they could do.

The property was in a fantastic location right on the beach. Obviously the rooms were dated, but for the price definitely can’t complain.

You can only access the hotel via the beach, this means it can be a long difficult trek if you have large heavy suitcases, it’s been raining, you have any kind of mobility issues or it’s night time.

Beautiful beach front location, you can’t views like this anywhere else in the world!! staff were lovely, beds were comfortable and the price is amazing.

The new upstairs spa ! The staff need to be retrained. A spa is suppose to be a place of quiet & relaxation. This spa has loud music and the staff hit a extremely loud gong, start & finish. They seem to think that cracking toes & fingers, twisting knees & elbows is the way to go !,, I must have requested 4 times for my masseuse to stop & be gentle. Overall the girls were sweet, but really have no idea about massage.

It seemed like my room literally backed onto a chicken coop and what sounded like 3 roosters decided to crow nonstop from about 4am to 6pm every day I was there. Throughout the day was fine, I was obviously out exploring but just that 4-7am period that was a killer.

Everything was great. The premises, facilities, the staff and location were fantastic.

The pool was small with cracked tiles. However the beach is at your doorstep and is so clear and refreshing, lots of coral to walk through though! The motorbikes we rented from the accomodation were very run down, would recommend renting from a seperate shop. Mozzies did manage to get through the gaps of the bungalows but weren’t too bad this time of year!

We found the staff all so friendly & attentive. The rooms were clean, with great aircon. Basic bathroom but good shower and toilet. The bungalows overall were super cute in an amazing spot right on the main beach. We were able to sit on the beach beanbags during the day and enjoy the beach. The food was basic and good and we would definitely stay here again!

I booked a premium room downstairs and I contacted the property days before to confirm it, and when I arrived they decided to give my room to someone else… not impressed at all, there were 2 big cockroaches death in the bathroom right after they clean it

We had a lot of mosquitos in our bungalow during the night resulting in all of us getting eaten all night. Our air conditioner also seemed to really struggle which meant we were VERY hot all the time.

Perfect location right on the beautiful beach. Extremely friendly & helpful staff.
