The only downside was the cold shower, but honestly after a few seconds you get used to it and don’t notice it anymore, so it’s not that bad.

It was really clean and spacious with comfortable beds. The hosts were so nice and helpful. The fact that it included breakfast made it even better.

Impossible to stay there without a motorbike. Nothing around. The "road" is very bad. The stairs down to the room was a travel on it's own 😁. Very high steps, difficult with big luggage. You have to realize it's a homestay.

The people are really nice and helpful. Aircon was good. Good stay for 1 night. It's a really good place for younger people, not so good for the older one 🥺 (like me). You have to realize it's a homestay.

the room was a bit cramped with the beds too close together. I found the bathrooms to be quite gross even though they were cleaned daily. I think they need to be repainted and new sinks.

The road from the airport is very very hilly, we walked from there to the home stay with our heavy backpacks and really struggled. You can get a bike to get there but the road is in a very bad state, unfortunately not the fault of the owner who’s just waiting for the government to redo it. The bathroom also had a strong smell all along coming from the toilet and the sink, but you could escape it from the room if you shut the door.

Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast deck provided a lovely view on the hills of Labuan Bajo. The owner is extremely kind and welcoming. We ended up staying 3 nights here as it was the best value for the island.

The road to get there is an absolute mission. I tried riding my scooter there and had to abandon it and walk the rest of the way. I can ride a scooter, but am not crazy confident for context.

Only 600m from the airport. The owners are friendly, rooms clean, bed super comfortable and breakfast, simple with a choice of banana pancake or omelette and toast. Not many guesthouses in LB inc breakfast. It takes approx 15 mins to walk into town, 30 mins back or approx 15K for a Grab. I would stay here again.

Tarsan and his lovely family are very helpful. They also have some scooters for rent. They have a nice terrace for breakfast and hanging out. I came back 3 times. A nice place on the hill. It is 30’ walk from main street, so handy if you have a scooter.

It was too far from the town to walk and uphill. We had a motorbike accident so couldn’t stay the last night but paid for it as obviously it wasn’t their fault and we needed to be in the town on the flat. 2 months later and I’m still having surgery.

Good value for money. Rooms had air con. Breakfast included was good. Very clean.

Bathroom was good but the bum gun leaked so you had to turn off the water to the toilet to prevent it from flooding the toilet area.

Location is out of town and quiet (can't hear the mosque at night). Owners are really nice.

Comfortable room, close to airport and not that far from the harbour. Very nice host with good recommendations for dinner and Komodo tours.

Relatively far from town for labuan bajo, some routes can have dodgy roads so be careful on the scooter. Especially at night.

Staff were very helpful. Free water refills and communal area was nice. They do scooter hire as well. Room was basic but did the job.

If you want to go to the city it's a bit tricky cause you are quite outside. On the other hand you are very close to the airport. The WiFi didn't reach our room (not a huge concern)

The room was very clean, and the bathroom was great. Comfortable beds and the hosts were very lovely! :) The breakfast was simple but good, and they even ask you at what time you want to eat. Very cozy and quiet atmosphere
