The family is soo friendly any you always feel welcomed. Quiet Place with a tasty breakfast included. You can rent a scooter as well.

location is really bed. very far and uphill. if you wanna walk to town a lot of barking dogs will get to you (not ideal) if you have a moto much better but street in the last part is really bad.

The location of this homestay is awful if you don't want to rent a scooter for 100k per day. Walking up and down the hill to get from this homestay into town is a killer in LB's hot humid climate, especially if you're carrying anything heavy so consider whether you prioritise easy access to the waterfront before booking here. The toilet and sink facilities are extremely basic and quite dirty. No privacy in the dorms like curtains around beds etc No mirror in the bathroom

The scooters rented out to guests were very new and in great condition. The breakfast was simple but nice every morning too. Staff friendly and helpful

It is locatod close to the airport but on the top of the hill and the field conditions are hard. There is not easy on foot. There is not hot water and there was some unpleasent smell my bathroom.

The location is very good. Close to the airport l, it can be reached with walk. Scooter rental is possible for the owner. Breakfast is tasty.

Too far from anything except the airport. By the time you pay for the taxi or bikes back and forth you can pay more to stay right downtown. The location is on top of a gravel pitted dusty road. Each driver we had got lost. I would have rather stayed downtown then I could have popped in and out of my room instead of carrying my stuff around in a backpack after swimming.

A bit far from restaurants and marts but you can order delivery or drive.

I had a perfect stay here: comfy bed and AC. It is so clean that they do proper cleaning regularly. The owner family is so sweet! The common area is super relaxing.

I wasn’t able to stay there. Road was totally rutted & it was suggested that I could rent or hire moped to get to town. I had only booked it a 1/2hr before & should have been able to get a refund when it was unsafe for me to be there. Not clear at all on description.

Location is far from center on the hill, but you can get Grab bike easily. Even though that is in the middle of nowhere it's quite loud. Weird smell in the bathroom.

Owners were nice, they have free water refills. Room is spacious, simple.

Location is out of town so you need a scooter to get around.

The family were really friendly and helpful and cooked a lovely breakfast. Stayed in both dorm and private - dorm is basic but reflected accurately in price and has everything you need. My private room was lovely and had great views. I only moved to a private room due to another guest snoring and passing wind extremely loudly throughout the night which meant I could sleep even with good earplugs - obviously this is no fault of the property owners!

It is a little out of the way. A 10 minute hike to the nearest warung or shop, 30 minutes to town. Absolutely fine, just remember a torch at night!

The family are absolutely brilliant. They make you feel at home. Comfortable and clean, spacious rooms, a common area for breakfast with a pool table and drinks available. The laundry service was great. They even looked after some of our bags whilst we went on a trip.

Great location, amazing view on surrounding area from the bar. Location close to airport but still very quiet down a narrow dirt path. Good wifi and even insect repellent available.

Friendly owners and nice breakfast. Room is in a quite part of town so you will not be awakened by the call for prayers like in the city centre. Staying here again on our return to Labuan Bajo

The location is terrible, it's "close" from the airport but the street is horrible. The room is fine but is in front of the common area which has a snooker and people from there plays until midnight. It's a place to stay just for book a tour to komodo island

The staff was very kind with me. The owner of the homestay dropped me to the airport with his car without asking me extra fee because he saw that my bag was very big :) I suggest to stay in this homestay. I had a very nice experience :)

Tarsan and his family are just amazing and always ready with a smile! Breakfast is so good freshly made every day! They are outside of the city, and this is what I was looking for away from noises but still very close (not even 10m) with a scooter if you like to have a round in Labuan Bajo. Also the airport is literally 10m walk from the HomeStay. There is a pool table in the common area. I will definitely come back here when I am back to LB. Thank you so much! As everyone mentions be aware of the road towards the airport. Do not arrive in a car from this direction as it cannot drive down and you will be forced to walk. Instead approach from other direction through residential houses.

Great location for the airport. Breakfast was very tasty and was made early enough for us to catch our flight at 9am.
