The room was dirty and not like the pictures. The toilet didn’t look clean and the seat was stained. The hot water was temperamental. There was only a fan and it barely did anything. The plugs and light were hanging out the wall. There was construction during our stay so just be mindful of that but there was an animal behind our room that would just scream through our entire stay. Hard to get a good sleep

It was really close to everything. And there was a great food place right round the corner. Also the bed was really comfy. Patio was really lovely and nice.

Condition of the room doestnt corrisponde to pictures. Walls are very old, hight humidity in the room 8 is difficult to breathe. There is a building under construction in front, so is noisy a bit. There is no teapot or water tank.

Staff is very very very friendly. Thank you Laluriski) Towels and bedshits are not so new, but very clean) Nice garden)

We arrived there 9:30pm the stuff was sleeping and hard to find the reception, we booked a room with AC and when we get to the room was only vent available and really weak and was really hot day. I asked the stuff about it and he said “no English, no English”. No toilet paper in the room and very duty bathroom.

AC was noisy and couldn't get the room cool. Breakfast was very ordinary, one morning they ran out of butter, the next day they had no bread.

Hot water shower, location was good. Garden was nice and the area was quite for the centre of Ubud.

The hot water takes a bit of time to start up, and didn't always seem to be available. You may wake up to the geckos during the night. There seems to be quite a large one somewhere in the courtyard.

The rooms surround a beautiful courtyard and they all look quite nice with their carved door. The inside was well cleaned and pleasant. If you want somewhere that feels hidden from the city, while being very central, this is a good option.

There were lots of cockroaches in the room, the water was luke warm at best and although there is a big ceiling fan, the door is tiny so hardly lets any air in. Usually it was cooler outside of the room than inside which made it very difficult to sleep. The door also shuts weirdly which meant lots of ants and cockroaches could get inside. Curtain was very thin so lots of light in the mornings. The kitchen was quite dirty and had army’s of ants everywhere.

The owner and staff were very friendly and helpful offering to organise trips and bikes for us. There is a nice outside area to sit and it is a great location really central, walking distance to lots of attractions. They sorted a bike for us for two days and it was super easy. There was also a kitchen to use for breakfasts.

Peeling paint on walls in the room (common problem in bali as i can see). The room i reserved and was offered did not look as on picture (brightness, walls) so i chose better one, it was ok.

the beds weren’t clean unfortunately, the wifi didn’t work, there were no windows so it felt like the geckos and cocks were right next to you.

The property is awful, it’s so dirty. The pictures look nothing like the property. We didn’t even stay, we got there for check in and left straight away. When we asked for a refund the owner refused. Booking.com also didn’t refund because the owner refused even though we didn’t stay. Poor customer service and poor property.

Photos and description are nothing like the reality- we actually left before our check out as there was no air con in the room (it was cooler outside than in), bathroom was in terrible condition and no toilet paper was provided so we had to buy our own, the lock on the room was also quite laughable - we know it’s cheap but there are way better options in Ubud for the same price

Everything was perfect.

Stayed in a Balinese Compound with its unique. It's not look old but it's artistic and traditional... the family was out of their way to give experience of Balinese charming services. If you get use to stay in local Bali than everything is fine. It's very centrally location in the heart of Ubud - Bali. You can not beat the price it is very super cheap for staying in Ubud with it's facilities as their have authentic Balinese guestrooms and the beautiful of tropical garden adds positive vibes of this guesthouse. Bravo... Teba House Ubud, it's a place we call home...

The room was really dirt. The bathroom was disgusting. The room door didn’t have a proper lock and was making wood sounds every minute. There was a rooster in the back of our room singing every minute in. We couldn’t stay more than 15 minutes in here.

Teba House is a comfortable Guesthouse in the heart of Ubud - Bali as the great location. The host and the staf are very friendly, it is really a Balinese charming service. The rooms is designed with balinese architecture and surounded by lush tropical garden which dominated with orchid flower. It was really the experienced of the real Bali where the social religius of Hindu Bali is there. We could not expect for more as the affordable price they offer is worth for the experience we have got.
